Wow this was a great workout. I’m 51 and have been trying to loose weight for a few months now. I’ve lost 24lbs by fasting and was walking in the evening. But I live in Arizona and it’s been so hot so I haven’t been exercising. I just did this workout and it’s great, just what I need! I’m going to do my best to do it everyday. Thank you so much for the help. You look so great! I aspire to be as energetic and fit as you. Thanks for the motivation.
Hi, new here and just wanted to say I loved this!! I’ve been battling a shoulder injury that’s restricted my usual routine to just walking. Saw this on insta and thought it was worth a go.. even with my arm/s at 50% to 80% and little bounce this was wonderful !! Thanks 🙏🏻
Burn fat burn😂😂😂…thank you for another wonderful workout!!! All those working out…stay encouraged…you can do this…you didn’t gain the weight over night…so it takes time to loose it. Stay safe and be blessed ❤

I am 70 and having a hard time losing the belly fat even tho I do cardio and weights. So I have decided to incorporate these type workouts at least 3 x a week. Hopefully it will make a difference. Enjoy your positivity and smile!
Thanks for a concise video workout that targets a lot of different muscles. I hate to saw it was a little difficult for me to complete it now because I am ver reconditioned, but I do feel it is totally doable before too long! Thank you!

Good workout, im 72 and i added some weights. More strength workouts..no sarcopenia in older age groups. I weigh 95 POUNDS, 5 FT so i dont need to lose any more weight…….build muscle
Trying to loose weight in my upper arms. The left shoulder was broken and took almost a year to heak on its own without surgery. Need exercises to tighten up and firm the biceps. Up there in age now. Harder to loose the weight there. Also the stomach has to have weight loss too. Are there any exersices yoy can suggest for me. Thanks for the videos.

If you have used 8lbs before during exercises and that weight has been ok, and you feel comfortable with it, then yes. x
