Your channel is a miracle. Tomorrow I begin week 6 of doing this workout and the other one that has 10 minutes of weights plus the shoulder press I saw on your short video. I just tried on a beautiful dress from Club Monaco in Boston. It did not fit at all and now 6 weeks later I am able to wear it out to dinner and I’m not done yet. You are a wonderful blessing and I cannot thank you enough.
I just turned 65. So out of shape it was beginning to bring me down, I have heart issues because of it. prayed for the Lord to help me and He showed me this simple, not easy at first, video. Thank You Lord for this gift. Now with His strength I can/will continue at a minimum 3 days a week. I will run this race set before me.

Thank you! I love your videos! I can only do 5 min right now, but it's a start. I have lost all cartilage in both knees and have herniated disc's in my lower back. Standing is difficult, but I can't get this weight off if I don't get up and move. Correction: I did the entire workout. I just hit pause and rested twice and then continued.

Hi Petra, I'm 69, turn 70 later this year. Just found your video few days ago and been doing it. Thank you so very much and I'm a new subscriber. I want to do this three week challenge and then add some of the other videos to my routine. I purchased a walking portable treadmill, it was ok, however your workouts are much better and am returning it. (the belt would slip and adjust adjust and adjust- not for me). I hope to increase this video to twice a day for a couple days and do this video for 6 days if I can. Thank you for being such an inspiration to get me back on track. I don't have much to lose 12 pounds. Our anniversary is this June and I want to be able to fit in this cute dress without the extra belly. :)

I’m 38, but sooo out of shape and just starting to strength train again. My mom and I hike a ton, she’s 67) This was so much harder than I thought 😂 but it felt great! I wanted to give up halfway but I kept going along with your smile. I started to sweat and I didn’t know if it was exercising sweat or I was having a hot flash throughout the whole work out lol. I modified one of the exercises due to my SI joint problems and change legs halfway through to the move. Thanks

Same thing. My knees hit so bad when I bend. Is it related to perimenopause?

Hi from Scotland. Great workout, day 4. Really tough for me. I am 62 and a stone overweight. Blood tests for bone pains all over came back negative so I think it is all due to age and ack of use. By day 4 a bit of creaking in the lower back and neck but no pain there and no pain anywhere else. Thank you. I will continue.

Absolutely love this workout.I tweak it slightly to incorporate small dumbbells to give my arms a workout where appropriate in the exercises. My new morning routine,thank you😃

I am 56 and in good shape but had a bout of insulin resistance which gave me a bit of a fat in my belly. Your workouts are phenomenal. The results show up in days and the inches started melting away. This is a sustainable workout. Thank You!

66 years old and just did this for the first time. I kept, a little slower in a few spots but that's ok!
I am 58 and have been doing this workout everyday for a year except a few days off when I have been sick. I now have abs haha 1st time for a long time. More importantly it has helped me with balance and agility. I still have a lower belly roll that just won't go, Petra do you have any suggestion to rid that final belly roll?
