Rebecca, in the past I often did about 80% of your workouts. . . now I realize how important it is to listen to your advice and encouragement to do the workout to the end. Finally I got it. Here we have one more great arms workout. It is not too long and not too aggressive but hard enough to see results. Ive been doing it 4 times a week for 5 weeks, and I did notice a little change. Today, a friend also noticed the change!!! Happy . . . and motivated. June 30, 2023

Yey this is what I wanted! I still have no lean muscle (not even my goal but I want to reduce my fat arms) but after 4.4lb dumbbells (no burning feelings 😢) for few days and I can now do 7lbs 💛💛 but few steps I couldn’t follow so I just replace it with different steps that I could follow. I just order 5lb and 6lb cause my workout is for, forever for health, anxiety and weight loss 💛 and I wanted to do those steps that I can’t follow cause 7lb is my maximum.

Well, I gotta lose weight, I gotta stop drinking and I gotta eat right and exercise. As I got a fatty liver. I wanna join these workouts I used to workout to these back the , but quit cause I’m an alcoholic.
