That's great! You should start by setting a goal for yourself. Think about how many days you want to work out and what kind of exercises you want to do. Then, create a plan of action to reach that goal. Break it down into smaller, manageable tasks and make sure you stick with it. Good luck!💛

Every time I do one of your arm workouts where you focus on using the back, I think to one of your older videos where you said that you used to be able to crack a "monkey nut" in between your back muscles. I remember thinking...what on Earth is a monkey nut?😆 I looked it up and found out it's just another name for a peanut. (at least I hope that's what it is..lol) It's funny the differences in colloquial language from across the pond. So now when I do back workouts I think about squeezing that monkey nut! 🥜🥜🥜😆 Great workout!💪♥

How many days a week should I do this workout?
That depends on your fitness goals and the type of workout you're doing. Generally, it's recommended to work out three to four days a week, focusing on different muscle groups each day.💪🏻

So what's the point of working the bra bulge area if it's not going anywhere?
It helps on toning your back decreasing the appearance of a "bulge"
Having trouble doing wood choppers
Practice it and soon you can be able to do it properly. You can do it💪🏻
Together we will ban bra bulge. Good sequence for non-bulgers too.
Together, we can all enjoy the comfort and support of a properly fitting bra, regardless of our shape and size!🙌🏻
Your talking through the workout so it means you have to go harder on the exercises
