Hmm, you may _see_ more bicep definition with your elbow back, but it definitely works the muscle more if your elbow is out a bit (shoulder slightly extended).

What do you suggest when left arm is weaker. Am i meant to use same weight on both or lighter on weaker arm.
If you are lifting weights, it is best to use the same amount of weight for both arms, as this can help build strength and improve coordination in the weaker arm. However, if you are struggling with the weight on the weaker arm, you can try reducing the weight to make the exercise easier, or you can do a modified version of the exercise instead to make it easier. 💪🏻
