I get some back spasms too. Ibuprophen is my friend. I massage my legs in my tent before sleep and when I wake up before I even stand up. You're never too old! I met a woman named "Listener" on the trail. She was 74 and solo thru hiking the PCT and walking a lot faster than me!

Does it mean that you'll start producing videos of your backpacking again?
The mosquitoes are out like crazy now, I imagine twin Lakes area will be nuts. I think I’m done until the fall But I got lots in this spring.

@@waterfallmadman I'm remaining optimistic - avg 9-12 mph winds will help. I'm gonna have fun dammit! :-)
