With so much less recoil, the .22LR version of this LCP II handgun stands to enjoy even more shooting accuracy with the same laser. Would be fun to compare groupings.
I'm going to get one of these because it means I can carry without having to buy a special CC Purse. This will work with all the purses I own plus it can be a pocket carry for the times I don't want to haul a purse around.
In have an LCP2 in 22LR….The hard sights are WAY OFF..I installed an Armalaser laser sight that activates from your grip…i just made the laser go where the bullets do and Im good to go…..
With the 22lr lcp2 would this laser make me a lot more accurate above 50 yards.. not that's its ideal at further ranges but it would be nice hitting something dead on with a laser out of a small 22lr pistol at range
Everyone keeps asking what holster works for theses crossbreed holsters makes Kydex holsters that work with Viridian lasers many options on their website they sell directly to you
The Viridian laser sight has a really bad switch that will turn on just by placing the gun in a holster. Gone through one too many battery replacements cuz of this switch design.
It’s been two years…. Have you found a holster yet? I have a viridian laser for my hellcat pro and viridian dont even have one. Those soft still turn it on and drain battery while holstered.
I recently put a green laser on my LCP2. The closet I can get it on point is at close range about 7 yards. beyond 10 yards I can never get is to be consistently on point. Any recommendations?
I have one with the green laser but now when I hit the button the laser came on I hit it again to cut it off & it won’t go off. What can I do to cut it back off?
Great video. When you buy the Ruger lcp 2 380 with the laser already on the pistol from the dealer, are you able to remove the laser if you do not like it? I talked to a dealer about this the other day and he said it could not be removed. He was waiting on other people and just gave me a quick answer. Thanks again.
Viridian lasers are very accurate as long as you sight it in properly. It's accurate as the shooter can hold zero on target. Viridian "Green" Lasers are visible at least 100' in daylight and 2 miles at night
note: this gun is NOT reliable from the factory. you MUST polish the feed ramp and put about 200 rounds through the gun before you rely on it to save your life. it shoots best with american and federal. ALSO, the coating on the gun is not that great. you NEED to put a light oil coat. when i got mine brand new, stuck it in the safe. 2 months later, opened the safe. there was rust on the side of the gun. so, just light oil will be fine. since i fixed all these issues, its a great gun for your pocket.
my gun was reliable and perfect already 300 rounds in out the box, yeah i cleaned and oiled it after my first range trip.... but never had to mess with the feed ramp.if your gun has a issue out of the box call ruger and get another one or let them fix the problem. no reason trying to make a broken gun reliable when you can just get a reliable one as a replacement for free
I ran 50 through a brand new one today with 0 issues. It did look like it came a bit dry out of the box though. Ran good. Shot really good. Not that snappy at all. Once I paint the front sight fluorescent, it should be even better for me.
my extractor blew out bcus i was breach loading i didnt know that would damage it.... was a new semi auto owner, i always had a 38 spcl revolver before that. ruger sent a new slide with the extractor pinned in. works like a charm. the sights on the one they sent were better too.
I broke mine in with about 120 rounds, mixture of FMJ and hollow points. I recall a single incident, maybe two where it stovepiped a live FMJ round. I don't like those odds and hope it's just new gun break in stuff. Other than that I like the gun and I can shoot it better than my full sized 9. As far as the coating goes the manual specifically tells you to coat the gun with a light coat so it's something they're aware of. If I can go a couple hundred rounds next range trip without a malfunction I'd feel much better about carrying it.
@@dr.fillyblunt7505 o, i love mine now that ive did polish work. i love it. i sanded and polished all that needs to be polished. now it slides and chambers like butter. 100% trustworthy. id stick with fmj federal. get as much penetration as possible. being that its a .380. i dont think you can even get the hollowpoint to bloom in this gun. but, i love the gun, saw the new model ???? the LCP Max? i want one.
the only safety you need is between your ears. your carry gun should not have a manual safety on and it should always have a round in the chamber, unless you dont plan on being able to defend yourself in a split second
I got this gun, but still waiting to pickup the .45 model. Good EDC. Remember, if I can get to my gat before you can get to your crib you're a gone Jessie, jack. Looking at me the wrong way is a Capitol offense in my neighborhood.
Studies have proven that users are more accurate shooting small guns with lasers. The sights on small guns is shit and the short slide isn't ideal for accuracy. Lasers give you accuracy
Not true at all, i have the lcp 2 and to date have shot 400 rounds of the crappiest low grade .380 ball nosed ammo on the market. Also have fired 300 hollow points through this gun, all without a single malfunction of any kind. Hikok 45 has a review of the lcp 2 with excellent results as well. Times have changed for these little guns!
I'm sitting on my couch sewing and watching gun videos. A perfect Sunday afternoon.

Guy at the gun store says to my wife....22 wont do a thing to an attacker.... 😂🤣😂🤣😂
@@miztrusa It can..It's unlikely tho. Out of a long gun .22 way more effective. Many factors
Lucky gunner shows the dramatic difference between 380 and 22lr Lcp in speed and group sizes
I got the ARMA12 laser I'm thinking about purchasing the viridian. VIRIDIAN should make one that accommodate both LED flashlight /laser for LCP II
I'm going to get one of these because it means I can carry without having to buy a special CC Purse. This will work with all the purses I own plus it can be a pocket carry for the times I don't want to haul a purse around.
Will buy this as a result of watching this video... good efforts
I’ve got an LCP Max, and my new Viridian red E-Series keeps turning itself off, and frequently won’t turn back on right away. What’s up with this?
Do you know if the Viridian green laser can be installed on the LCP MAX?
Also, is there a laser/light combo option?
I bought one and installed it. Works great
I found a few , just have to do a little digging, I'm definitely getting one for my wife max !

In bright sunlight the laser won’t be visible at 50 yards. But the laser definitely made me more accurate at shorter distances
what is the ease in loading clips and racking the slide like?
I am looking for the wife. Thanks for any info.
Everyone keeps asking what holster works for theses crossbreed holsters makes Kydex holsters that work with Viridian lasers many options on their website they sell directly to you
Green lazers battery goes out very very fast. Red lazer lasts 4 times longer!
You never showed the windage hole- which is it? Thanks.
Which manufacturer is the target used in the video?

Crossbreed holsters
Don't accidentally put keys in the same pocket. The ring can, and will, find it's way to the trigger.
Well hopefully it’s in a holster
Very difficult to install battery.returned mine
Who makes the holster for the laser add on
Not true. Viridian is a company that started the whole "Green" Laser revolution. Viridian, however, now offers lasers in red.

Yes, you can remove the laser yourself. Anyone wanting to upgrade and add the laser can also purchase it separately and install it themselves as well.
Can you take the laser off if you want?

I have this same set up. Do you know if anyone makes a kydex holster that will fit the LCP Max with Viridian e-series laser?
Crossbreed holsters. They sell direct best holster on the market
Thanks for Blinding me with your laser 🤣🤣🤣 thanks for sharing 🍸.
Approximately how far are you able to place rounds accurately with the laser?
not very long,

Wish my LC9S had a grip more like that.... 😁
is this available in canada by any chance ?
Does it shoot plus P ammunition?
Yes
you only said it doesn't really fit in the holster it would have been nice if you showed how it fit in the holster
Get a sticky holster.
love your video
