The part about them planting trauma's in you. And there's no closure even long after they've gone hit home really hard. I've had it form coverts and overts and it's one of the worst things narcs do. 😥

I always felt something like that had happened but thought I was going mad. Melanie has just affirmed it is real.

@@felisebatchelor6197 It seems like it's a way for them to give a bad thing to remember them by. Maybe another way of getting narc supply even though it's all negative. 🙂

@Angie H. I think they do it when you're the most difficult to get narc supply from. It's sort of a hail mary attempt to squeeze what little narc supply they can. Unfortunately them not having care or concern for what it does is painful. It's sad at the end of the day all they see anyone as is narc supply regardless of the destruction it causes. 😥

Sunday = old photos/videos of my precious boys; (a few of ex narc among them...) triggered loving nostalgia
Tuesday = odd nightmare (representing the unavailability of ex narc to protect us spiritually) triggered fearful, physical, awakening from sleep; confusion.
    Wednesday morning =
phone call with mom siding with ex narc that triggered betrayal and abandonment 😪CUT DEEP 💔 cried all day trying to release the pain make sense of the confusion.
    Wednesday evening = 💝
MEL'S TEACHING OF SPIRITUAL BATTLE which helps connect dots of how thoughts of my past, (when my boys were younger and we were all together as a family) manifested another painful "opportunity" for me to release hidden trauma and to also UNDERSTAND WHY the trigger happened today!! DIVINE TIMING! Thank you SO MUCH for this eternal investment you have put yourself into to help others!! 💞

So inspiring! I really needed this pep talk. I finally got the strength to file for divorce from my narc husband of 12 years. The process is so draining at times but words like this help me feel strong when I’m starting to feel powerless.

Melanie, I still love your videos..Btw the Bible has a story about Jezebel : she is the ultimate narcissist. And as you said : yes, this is definitely a spiritual warfare !

Thankyou Melanie. This is how the nasty-ist got my son ….finally figured it. Love bombing. He was not in touch with his Source and she was on the hunt for ‘a husband’. ‘
‘Word salad’ ! Can’t negotiate …..No. Difficult when it involves a grand child. Light versus Dark….. hell yeah. Sucks the energy out …yes ! Always felt it was something about my soul being ripped out but couldn’t put a name on it. Thankyou for affirming it.

I am someone who is a man - a physically strong and mentally robust one at that. I once wasn’t. I suffered to a complete horrible woman. She ended up controlling me via monetary entrapment and control of me emotionally. It took me a long time to actually figure out exactly how I even got there. I found that the embarrassing part of it was that felt stupid for falling for it.
My question is if you have a channel which is only about narcissism do you not find that you are whole heartedly set on that everyone is a narc and you are that set about narcissistic tendencies that you view most people this way ?

The Narcissist in all of us is our false self is our wounded ego our wounded inner child most of us only have narcissistic traits and are not pathological the difference is in knowing who you are in relationship to your false self and your true self I'm just going to put this in very simple terms you are your consciousness you are the space for your thoughts intents, motives emotions feelings issues etc. of all of those identified they can be either wounded or healed good or evil and your consciousness is the place where transformation is allocated and happens the problem with the pathological narcissist and people unaware of themselves is that we tend to be the feeling or the thought or the intent or the motivation or the issue instead of being the place for those thoughts intents motives issues feelings Etc we are not to be the feeling etc. but the space for it if you put it in a relationship representation our consciousness is like a father or a mother to our inner child.
The pathological narcissist becomes the wounded inner child and cannot see themselves as the father or the mother of that inner child which is why they cannot forgive because they are bound in their woundedness and cannot see the other side if one remains in that you never comes out of that they are doomed to destruction in more ways than one. Knowing yourself in relation to your feelings Etc is more than key to your healing!
