I never comment on line but I have to say that I had been having intermittent back pain for a year and constant back pain for about 6 weeks. I was preparing to call a physical therapist but searched for yoga lower back pain stretches yesterday and this video popped up. I did these and my back pain was gone afterwards. Honestly, I could not believe it but it maintained throughout the day. I will be doing these stretches everyday without fail. THANK YOU!

I really like this short practice. I've added it to my morning stretch practice. As an older person new to yoga It would be helpful to have a short practice that focuses on developing improved balance. Us older folks are more prone to loose our balance so a balance practice could help improve that situation. Thanks for your commitment to educating the public.

Yet another great Jen Hilman yoga video! This one is perfect after sitting a long day in office. The pigeon pose will take some more practice before I can "sink" into it, but without a doubt my hips feel relaxed and groovy after completing.
I'm on journey of making micro improvements in my life and one of them is to improve my mobility flexibility and strength at the ripe age of 42 ( kinda like a positive middle life crisis thing) so thanks jenna for your videos and joining me on this path.

Good stuff and needed at my age of 60 years young. This helps me as a really large muscular guy to become much more functional in my daily life ...which is at my age what it's all about. I think I fooled myself for too long trying to keep lifting ....which is not good when the body is not aligned properly I've found. Good job and thanks. Will be following you.

I have had pain and stiffness and a real intense pinching in my lower back the past couple of weeks.. I just did this practice and its softened already and I have more movement. My hips are extremely tight!!! I really appreciate that your video is slow and you give us plenty of time to find ourselves in each pose, thank you so much, Im definitely going to try your other videos, looking for one for neck pain now as I have nerve pain in my neck which often gives me terrible headaches and face pain... I KNOW yoga can help me.. I just haven't found my way with it quite yet. x
Now I know what is Good Pain! My hips and the outer thigh muscles were so tight and I felt pain when I followed your stretching exercise and I realised that was good pain. Love it love it! Thank you very much Jen.
The pigeon pose made me realize how much tighter my left hip is than my right. I also have left knee pain more than I do in my right. I think I should definitely try to make this video something I do on a regular basis.
