    My mom has bad knee pain due to some autoimmune disease and she loves this exercise for knee pain and I try to encourage her I really hope she gets better and resolved her pain

    Much needed! My knees are always sensitive and recently was side lined from my practice with a knee injury

      These stretches may really be able to help, Jen injured her knees pretty badly as well and has always had a softspot for knee pain yoga
