    This video didn't just help my pain, it stopped it. I have told all of my gimpy friends about you. We are all getting old and stiff, and several of us have lifestyle injuries ( paying the price for things you broke, tore, or crushed when young and rowdy), that need attention. Thank You.

    After 17 years of yoga practice with some very experienced yoga teachers, I am trying a yoga video on youtube for the first time. I watched it betore trying it to make sure this was a good teacher. I am so thankful I found this channel. Jen Hilman is a fantastic teacher. This video is slowly restauring my back. Thank you.

    I was suffering with this sciatic pain past 4 months, hate taking drugs, was trying to get rid of pain through stretches n massage and finally got your site. Now I am doing your yoga past 5 days n trust me I am almost 90% better. God bless you Jen.

    I have had horrible sciatica pain for days- 3 dr. visits with 3 shots, pain meds, muscle relaxers. This video is a blessing .You know we all love your voice, calm encouragement, and clear often repeated directions. This did me more good than anything . My pain was down to my knees.Keep this video on utube forever please.

    OMG, I joined a gym for some reason I aggravated my sciatica. its been about seven weeks or so since I've suffered with my sciatica pain. I've been searching for good complete stretches; while searching I stumbled across yoga which I've never tried before. I actually thought had vigorous exercise, however I realized I was wrong. Since I've started yoga my sciatica has subsided and I'm back on the mend. I appreciate and thank you. I've changed my mindset about yoga.😎💋😇💃

    Thank you very much Jen, I have struggled in the past to rid myself of backpain, I literally was not able to sit comfortably for more than 30 minutes without a stinging pain in my lower back. Then I decided to follow your stretches for back pain relief, it's been three years now, and I've never felt the pain again. I feel stronger, and I am more conscious now of taking care of my body. Thank you very much for the easy-to-follow stretches, and Jen, your voice is so encouraging and relaxing. :D

    I have been suffering with this bout of sciatica for about 10 days, I've never tried yoga but my partner loves it and told me to try. I had to crawl upstairs yesterday before doing this, I had mild relief immediately after but slept well last night. I repeated the session this morning and was able to work today free of pain, Amazing and thank you so much. I'm going to stick with it.

    Hi Jen, I had a bad back injuries when i was young.i suffered sleepless night for many years. Now after with you for 5 days half hour each, my pain reduced. I sleep better. Thank you. God bless you
