Fabulous beginners guide. I really enjoyed how you kept reminding the need to be gentle with ourselves. Very valuable to remind beginners that it isn't a competition. I did this with a teething, screaming, crawling baby climbing all over me. Extremely doable.
After doing these stretches I felt so relaxed ! Towards the end on the video, were you just had to lay still and relax I almost fell asleep because how relaxed and pain free I felt. I will be watching/doing this video again :) !

Thank you so much. This video is awesome. I have done some other videos and I think I overdid it and I had 4 weeks with an excruciating sciatica pain. After doing so many videos to alleviate even going to the osteopath I discovered this jewel and I think is helping finally to find some relief. Your voice is soothing your image beautifully inspiring and your message has taught me a lot. Words fails me to express my gratitude.
This is truly one of my favorites for relieving sciatic pain. Although my sciatica is due to spinal stenosis, doing hip openers and back pain yogas at least 4-5 times per week keeps the pain killers at bay and allows me to avoid surgery as long as possible. As always, Jen is one of the best teachers around! I do these with my eyes closed as her instructions are so clear.

When I just moved to new country a week after I woke up with extreme back pain. Couldn't go for a doctor and even after few days the pain did not go away. No other solution, I was determined to get rid of the pain with daily yoga specifically adjusted to back pain. I kept the promise (my back did remind me of that promise as well;-) and every day first thing in the morning I have done 1h of your video exercises. Every single day... And after 7 days, without any pills, I managed to get back to myself - no pain, no sleepless nights, no more squeezing teeth. I specifically liked this video, as you could see the difference of back improvement before the start and after finishing the exercise. And right after that, I could enjoy my morning tea and breakfast. Thank you Jen and keep on doing such great videos!

I've been having sever lower back/sciatica pain for awhile. I've been using the medication prescribed but it only made me sleepy - I always woke up in so much pain! Anyway out of desperation I searched for "stretching techniques" and yoga was recommended for my pain. Anyway, I did this last night and wasn't sure it worked because I was still uncomfortable - woke up this morning and I can't believe the difference! I feel amazing. Still not 100% but definitely much better (and not in the severe throbbing pain anymore) thank you!!
I exercise using this video every two days, sometimes every day. I have observed and felt amazing relief, and in time my body got more flexible, and thus I experience less low back pain.
