      I would live to purchase your videos if available. I would need to start with the beginners yoga and I especially need the one for back pain. I love your videos and the relaxing sound of your voice. Also you explain every step of the way nice and slow for us beginners.

      Mohsen Moosavian It hurt my back L4-L5 twenty five years ago and I sort of struggled through different trainers, different processes.
      I’ve done anything from trainers to witchdoctors. After using togglecode.com/backpain, I improved much.

    Hi Jen, I had a bad back injuries when i was young.i suffered sleepless night for many years. Now after with you for 5 days half hour each, my pain reduced. I sleep better. Thank you. God bless you

    I have had horrible sciatica pain for days- 3 dr. visits with 3 shots, pain meds, muscle relaxers. This video is a blessing .You know we all love your voice, calm encouragement, and clear often repeated directions. This did me more good than anything . My pain was down to my knees.Keep this video on utube forever please.

    I am 77 yrs male following your various time frame back pain video. I have back pain for many due torelated L4, L5 & S1 vertebra. Also I have spondylolysthesis issue. With regular exercise I am in good control of my back and feel healthy.

    I was suffering with this sciatic pain past 4 months, hate taking drugs, was trying to get rid of pain through stretches n massage and finally got your site. Now I am doing your yoga past 5 days n trust me I am almost 90% better. God bless you Jen.

    Definitely, has helped my body heal, given me a better sense of my body, breath and self, and greatly improved my flexibility. My 5 year old son enjoys doing the videos with me. Thank you, Jen, for taking it slowly. I was in so much pain when I started that I could barely sit up with my legs straight out. I appreciate your gentle encouragement.

    Thank you very much Jen, I have struggled in the past to rid myself of backpain, I literally was not able to sit comfortably for more than 30 minutes without a stinging pain in my lower back. Then I decided to follow your stretches for back pain relief, it's been three years now, and I've never felt the pain again. I feel stronger, and I am more conscious now of taking care of my body. Thank you very much for the easy-to-follow stretches, and Jen, your voice is so encouraging and relaxing. :D

    I want to thank you for this video. I've been suffering from sciatica for a week and I've had to miss work, and uni classes. I went through the stretches this morning and this evening it has helped a lot. I'm going to do them daily until I'm better.

    Fabulous beginners guide. I really enjoyed how you kept reminding the need to be gentle with ourselves. Very valuable to remind beginners that it isn't a competition.
    I did this with a teething, screaming, crawling baby climbing all over me. Extremely doable.

    After doing these stretches I felt so relaxed ! Towards the end on the video, were you just had to lay still and relax I almost fell asleep because how relaxed and pain free I felt. I will be watching/doing this video again :) !

      +Katie Rattray I'm in the same boat as you... I've had hip stiffness and lower back pain for a while (injured doing squats at the gym a few weeks ago). On my second day doing this video I'm feeling really good... will do it everyday now until I'm 100% Really like your style Cole ...I like how you hold the stretches. You're better than Rodney Yee IMO... will be switching over to you. Thanks!

      +Alex Bure Don't stop when you're 100%. Keep doing it! Or step up to intermediate. Otherwise, you'll lose the flexibility you acquired and be at a higher risk of injuring yourself again.

    I am feeling so much better having done this now for several days. Have had sciatica and low back pain and spasm for six months. I wish I done this sooner. It has made a bigger difference than almost anything else, although physio has helped. I like the way you remind us to go to our edge, I think that's essential. Thank yous much. Namaste

      There are several ideas for treating back pain at home
      Eat raw food such as garlic
      have juices and thiamine
      avoid lifting heavy items
      (I read these and the reasons they work from Zats back blueprint site )

    Thank you so much. This video is awesome. I have done some other videos and I think I overdid it and I had 4 weeks with an excruciating sciatica pain. After doing so many videos to alleviate even going to the osteopath I discovered this jewel and I think is helping finally to find some relief. Your voice is soothing your image beautifully inspiring and your message has taught me a lot. Words fails me to express my gratitude.

    This is truly one of my favorites for relieving sciatic pain. Although my sciatica is due to spinal stenosis, doing hip openers and back pain yogas at least 4-5 times per week keeps the pain killers at bay and allows me to avoid surgery as long as possible. As always, Jen is one of the best teachers around! I do these with my eyes closed as her instructions are so clear.

    I enjoyed the video ! I am a runner and weight lifter and two months ago was found out I have no cartilage in knee also that I have pinched nerves in my upper and lower back. The pain is horrible so I hope by doing this I will get some relief. Thank you for providing this video to help so many people in pain

    When I just moved to new country a week after I woke up with extreme back pain. Couldn't go for a doctor and even after few days the pain did not go away. No other solution, I was determined to get rid of the pain with daily yoga specifically adjusted to back pain. I kept the promise (my back did remind me of that promise as well;-) and every day first thing in the morning I have done 1h of your video exercises. Every single day...
    And after 7 days, without any pills, I managed to get back to myself - no pain, no sleepless nights, no more squeezing teeth.
    I specifically liked this video, as you could see the difference of back improvement before the start and after finishing the exercise. And right after that, I could enjoy my morning tea and breakfast. Thank you Jen and keep on doing such great videos!

    I've been having sever lower back/sciatica pain for awhile. I've been using the medication prescribed but it only made me sleepy - I always woke up in so much pain! Anyway out of desperation I searched for "stretching techniques" and yoga was recommended for my pain. Anyway, I did this last night and wasn't sure it worked because I was still uncomfortable - woke up this morning and I can't believe the difference! I feel amazing. Still not 100% but definitely much better (and not in the severe throbbing pain anymore) thank you!!

    Hi Jen. My wife and I both have back and sciatic nerve pain. This particular video is really helpful. We do this on the living room floor while casting you on plasma TV. We both feel better and this means I need less medication. THANK YOU.

    fantastic... ! I've tried a few sciatica, back pain yoga tutorials on you tube recently and none of them have been as thorough as this one. I feel like a bit of spaghetti now with just one session. Thankyou =)
