Jen you are the best yoga teacher
Jen I am really a fan...lol...your sessions really really help...I had back surgery (unfortunately let the doctors talk me into it) and they really srewed it up...I haven't found my balance yet and I am really weakened....the only thing that helps release the pain is your sessions...and..I cannot say it enough- I totally enjoy your voice...so comforting and trusting...there are so many yoga teachers out there, but to most of them I cannot listen for an entire session cause there voices bother me...and another thing I reallyI don´t understand people asking for the fashion of your yoga pans...this is not about fashion...this is about health and well being...it should not matter how you look like....but that´s just my opinion...go on please you are doing a great job...

I loved this video! I am dealing with a back injury from lifting my elderly father a year ago. I have gone to physical therapy, but still experience some pain. I'm feeling like it's time to take charge of my own healing and I know the power of yoga and what it can do for your body. I decided to look for a beginning yoga video for back pain and I came to you and this video and decided to try it. This was perfect! It was a soft way to begin which I really needed. Thank you so much! I will be doing this video until I feel a little stronger and then I will try one that's is a little more intense. Thank you for providing such a nice way for me to start!

Such a great practice, I'm feeling better already! Jen has a really relaxing voice.
I have recently spent a lot of money at a chiropractor/physical therapy office and after stopping my visits for a few months my pain is almost back to exactly where it was. Throwing money at a problem does not fix it and I hope to do 2 yoga videos for back or core a day and one for hip alignment(I have hip misalignment causing severe heel pain in my left foot and pain in my left knee).
YogaTX has always been my favorite source for these videos, I just wish I used them more often, then maybe I'd be in less pain.
Thank you for focusing on pain relief. Your kindness, care and concern shine through your videos, and I look forward working through them. I have been taking pain medication for many years, and I want to be able to stop taking them, or at least not have to take them so much. Many, many blessings to you!

Jen, I started your classes about year ago while traveling. I do it every other day, just as I was doing it in San Diego. Now being in Houston I do practice it at home while coronavirus took over our daily life. It is excellent exercise and stretch for my lover back pain. Thanks a lot. You are fantastic.

I want to thank you! So......THANK YOU! I feel relaxed stretching at home. I searched UA-cam for Low back pain and you popped up. I did a few different series with different instructors but always came back to you. I dig your style and I've seen your body change. that inspired me. I cycle and need stretching but I want (need) calm, peaceful strength training. The days I don't ride I do yoga. I've been following you and Cole for 6 months and I feel and look amazing!
I've struggled with back pain for over 20yrs. especially my lower vertebra, from an injury, I broke my tail bone.
I believe that I can heal myself with you and Cole Chance. I found her through you. I feel very thankful out of the thousands of videos, I chose you! Thank you Jenn from the bottom of my heart! Joy

Hi! Thanks so much for these videos. I wonder if someone from Yoga TX could do a video for women with pelvic floor dysfunction. I was just diagnosed, but not with the type that mums get (pelvic girdle) after delivering their child. It actually involves a lot of pain and lower-back discomfort from excessively tight pelvic floor muscles. Apparently many women suffer from this and are undiagnosed. I was prescribed PT, which I think will include many yoga positions. I ask specifically because I think I must avoid the positions that clench or strengthen the pelvic floor when doing yoga, and instead focus on relaxing and lengthening the muscles. If you can think of something, that'd be great!

Hi I have a situation I was hoping you could help me with, I'm just starting yoga and it's been amazing for me and my sister has really bad back pain so I've been trying to get her to try yoga but she doesn't want to because she has a mild case of arthrogryposis so she can't move her arms much more or less than a 90° angle so she doesn't think she'll be able to do yoga, do you have any pose suggestions that could work for her and/or help her back pain?
