This workout is super effective … my glutes are definitely more more defined doing this 2x a week and has really helped my return to running thanks 👍🏻
everything about this workout is perfect! i've done it so many times. the only thing i recommend is to reduce the resting periods :D

I didn’t notice i had to change leg in the last exercise, i had to do it twice lmao
yeah, I had to pause and scroll over the video to figure it out. Overall it would benefit from some previews of the movements and some on-screen instructions

This ended up being exactly what I wanted. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 I get the flexibility of multiple dumbbells without taking up the space of a whole set. I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout I’d recommend these.

I don’t quite understand how to do RDLs properly and the B-stance one is even more difficult for me. Does anyone have any tips?
try to think of it as a kind of hip hinge like as if youre pushing a door shut with your butt. then keep a neutral spine so when you push your hips back your upper body automatically goes down. i also like to keep a little bend in my knees otherwise my hamstrings hurt after. hope this helps
With the B-stance specifically, you want to focus on the working leg (the leg that has the foot completely on the floor). Your other leg is the supporting one, that helps with maintaining balance. Have the toes of your non-working leg in line with the heel of your working leg. Then keep your spine neutral, keep a slight bent in your knee and push your hips back! hope this helps ❤️
