    Hey Sophie! Thank you so much for the 20 Minute Lower Body Workout. I didn’t have any dumbbell to workout with. I did the workout anyway. I could feel the burn in my lower body. I know that I’m going to be sore tomorrow lol. Thank you, thank you for the little break’s in between the exercises. They help a lot. Love the music too. You motivate me to do more Sophie.     I wasn’t expecting anything but know from instagram that your own workouts are always solid. This was GOOD, felt the burn and I also like that this wasn’t just glute bridges and frog pumps - yay! Definitely 10/10

    First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

    Thanks for the class! In the future, please, if you could please turn your body to show us exactly how your legs and feet are… In several moves, we could only see your body facing one way, so it was hard to tell how to place my feet and legs.

    Nice but if you wear black leggings and have black yoga Matt and black long sleeves I had problems to follow what you do with your feet in floor exercises 😢
