This was one of my favorite ab routines, and I do abs every day. I love your ab workouts because they are slow, controlled, and deliberative. Many ab routines tend to be more erratic and quick. Great work out.

Hi, I'm a mo cap performer and I gotta say you have some really useful exercises on your channel. There are straightforward, not too complex and doable. Being in shape for an audition is a chore for me - I hate it but those quick workouts at home are pretty cool. Especially since motion capture sessions are getting more and more demanding. PS. You almost saw me in the new Resident Evil 4 game as Leon :)
Love the 20 min core and ABS but rather prefer 30 min with a mix of cardio and ABS/core since I'm doing this kind of session on top of the elevate guide which I split in 2 weeks. Whatever, love your workouts and am thankfull for all you share with us!

Hrd but not hard enough
It's a little bit confused watching the exercise because the background, maybe it's dark
If it's a 20mins intense abs then the breaks should be reduced. Breaks between exercises were too long that I don't feel I just did abs.
I do appreciate the workouts but they are all too similar - they basically all use the same format and same exercises. Some variety would be nice!
