    So much bad information in this video.
    How can people be deficient in salt, when salt is in massive quantities in all processed food?
    One of the key reasons so many people have high blood pressure is because they consume too much salt.
    Although I do agree that salt is essential, but it needs to be the right kind with iodine still in it.
    Also, he trashes Alkaline water but provides no evidence.
    I used to like Asprey, but the more I listen to what he says, the more I discover it is just NONSENSE.
    He has no qualifications for what he says. He just a marketing guy, trying to sell his products to the world.
