    Very good presentation of food to eat. I like the way you explain the effect of every bite we take in our mouth. I am confuse as to when is the right time to eat ripe fruits like papaya, pine apple and banana we have plenty at home. I am from the Philippines. Thanks. Waiting for your answer Pls.

    In islam its a part of our Holy prophet Muhammad PBUH teachings that one must have vinegar on his or her meal table to consume.
    Thats why its our hobby to have it with one meal at least

    Is yoghurt plus a small quantity of buckwheat or any grain plus some nuts a good enough breakfast?
    I cannot eat eggs in the meonign or fish, I kind of would throw up

    Why does the fibre disappear when you blend an apple (or other fruit)?

      When you pulverise a fruit, it breakdowns the fibrous /molecular structure of the fruit. This leads to sugar from the fruit being more rapidly absorbed by the body leading to a Glucose spike. Hope this helps.

      You can have any type of vinegar really. Doesn’t have to be apple cider vinegar only.

      Balance it out by having a veggie starter, and adding protein and healthy fats to the oats (starches)!

      Organic oatmeal. Commercial oatmeal is sprayed. Make it savory,not sweet.you can add soy sauce,tamari, curry, ginger,etc
