    Just because your glucose spike declined by 50%, it doesn't mean you're not gaining those calories, it's just slowing down the process. The glucose is still in your system and it will process eventually. It's just that you're not getting the bad spike, of course that is very good, because it will help you not to become insulin resistant, which is big, but remember you're still taking those calories or carbs, however you want to look at it

    Who is this woman?? Is she qualified to draw the conclusions and suggest the conduct she does in this video? She talks about a deferral of a "glucose spike," and seems to suggest this deferral equates to an overall reduction in glucose intake?? To me, this video raises more questions than answers.
