    The seven types of fat discussed in the video and their effects on health are: 1. They can help prevent multiple diseases, including cardiovascular disease and depression. Omega-3s are considered the most important and valuable fatty acids and are sparse in the diet, especially in forms EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) found in marine life. 2. Monounsaturated Fatty Acids: Found in olive oil, these are good fatty acids because they activate a receptor in the liver (PPAR Alpha) that helps with energy dynamics and mitochondrial function. However, heating olive oil past its smoking point can turn it into harmful trans fats. 3. Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids: These are anti-inflammatory but can potentially cause immune problems if consumed in excess. They have more double bonds which can flip and create harmful trans fats under certain conditions. 4. Saturated Fatty Acids: These are divided into even-chain and odd-chain fatty acids. Even-chain fatty acids are found in red meat, while odd-chain fatty acids are found in dairy and have anti-inflammatory properties. Saturated fats are not inherently bad but should be consumed in moderation. 5. Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs)..: Found in coconut oil, these fats are absorbed differently and can be beneficial. However, they can contribute to liver fat accumulation if consumed with other saturated fats. 6. Omega-6 Fatty Acids: Found in seed oils like soybean oil, these are pro-inflammatory and can contribute to chronic inflammation and related health issues if consumed excessively. The recommended omega-6 to omega-3 ratio should ideally be 1:1, but the American diet often has a much higher ratio, leading to health problems. 7. Trans Fats: These are considered the most harmful fats, leading to fatty liver, cardiovascular disease, and other serious health issues. They are found in many baked goods and processed foods due to their long shelf life but should be avoided as they are essentially toxic to the body. ..Key Life-Saving Fat: - Omega-3 Fatty Acids..: According to the video, omega-3 fatty acids are the most important and valuable for health, contributing significantly to cardiovascular stability, anti-inflammation, and neural health.     So, who is really looking out for us in our country? My father was only 65 years old when he died from heart trouble in 1991. Before all the new information like this became available to the public. And many like himself Im sure because a lot more people didn't realize then how how dangerous the vegetable oils and margarines were. Shame on those who knew but just wanted to make money from these bad products.😢.

      I would also like to know the answer to your important question. I'm currently using 2 different types of fish oil capsules from the same company. The first bottle that was recommended by my doctor in the past says Third Party Tested on it, Superior Triglyceride Form, and contains purified deep sea fish oil (from anchovies and sardines) in a soft gel capsule 1280 mg Omega-3. My doctor now recommends the same brand but this product is from that same brand. I am finishing the first bottle I have and then will switch to the new one she recommends. It says on the bottle 1125 EPA875/DHA High-Intensity Support, Better Absorption True Triglyceride, Third Party Tested in a Certified Lab and Friend of the Sea Certified, non-GMO certified and contains purified deep sea fish oil (from anchovies and sardines) in a soft gel capsule.

    iv injected cocktail of diazepam,buprenorphine and promethazine almost for 10years now on and off. I always got clean using just methadone and relapse again. methadone is just opioid its weird why i never got any benzo withdrwal cause i never got sick or uncomfortable after taking methadone. some weird fear has sunken me now as if ill get all of the side efffect in some other way dangerously later in life, fuck i dont get it.

I would like for you to comment on Matt Blackburn’s CLF Protocol, concerning , especially, his contention that omega3 supplements, including fish & algae derived sources, are toxic to humans, upon ingestion.The results,he claims, are lipofuscin & oxygen-free radical formation, & mitochondrial dysfunction. He claims the peer-reviewed studies promoting the benefits of omega3 fatty acids, are flawed studies! Omega3 absorption through eating foods(whole) are not harmful, but I’m not sure of his overall claims as to omega3s, however. I’ve never heard of anyone discredit his theory, or even discuss his antiestablishment position on the subject.

      Coconut oil must be mechanically, not chemically, extracted. Coconut oil that's deodorised is processed garbage.
