Rena, Mick Jagger and the Rolling Stones were so prescient in the 1960's with their song "What A Drag It Is Getting Olde" mind you Jagger is as olde as the hills now and he still has "Moves Like Jagger" he must be one of the fittest, most mobile and in great health people of his generation, age, in the UK, USA or practically any country we can think of, Jagger is the benchmark and would make Richard Simmons shriek with joy.
Dr Mandell, seeing more exercises for activating blood and lymphatic movement is so foundational. Thank you. I'm gonna ask about the timing to begin doing these while recovering from bunion and hammer toe correction surgery next month. I'm grateful to have had a machine that moved my left leg after having a left hip labral repair surgery. This will be 6th surgery since 11/2019, but I'm grateful drs finally identified the areas that had been causing me my extreme pain and instability. Each part connected to the other creates a domino effect, so having to push through (even with healthful eating to reduce inflammation) isn't wise. Proper movement is life giving. All life is God's 🎁 as He alone designed and orchestrates our cells and body systems. Thankful He also created the healing plants too. May God continue to be praised and bless us. 💕🙏🏼
Thanks dr. Mandel for this video. I had a lump on the top of my foot for couple of years, and I have been massaging one foot with the other every now and then, I would say that exercise helped. Massaging always help. There was a lump on my wrist which was so painful and my doctor was ready to do surgery I never wanted. I massaged all the time and made it go away...so happy no surgery...thanks.

I have issues with compression socks they make my legs feel like they are suffocating I cannot wear them do you know of any that will help my legs so they don't feel like that
You sir are an answer to my prayers. I've been looking for something like this for months. My doctor told me as long as I had a good pulse on the top of my foot, I was okay. My toes turn blue, always cold, especially at night. My concern is I don't want to go on any type of medication. God bless you and thank you. 🙏🏼

No pain at all l,exercise twice daily no pain however if l climb,stairs or walk Outside even half a block l can hardly make it home. I am an elderly female senior quite slim Excellent diet So l just did your exercise. and will do it twice daily And Hope a miracle will happen Thank you Dr Mandel. Here are also some tips I suggest to patients who have issues with leg and foot circulation. - Walk regularly: Aim for 30 minutes of walking per day to improve blood flow in your legs. - Do foot and ankle exercises: Perform 8-10 rotations of each foot, 5-7 times daily, to boost circulation. - Elevate your legs: While sitting or sleeping, prop your legs up with a pillow to reduce swelling and improve venous blood flow. - Try compression stockings: Wear properly fitting compression socks to reduce swelling and enhance circulation. - Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to maintain healthy blood viscosity and flow. - Massage your legs: Gently massage your legs from feet towards the knee to decrease swelling and tightness. - Take warm baths: Soaking in warm water helps expand blood vessels and improve circulation.

Just went to Physician yesterday for this particular problem.
Compression socks have done wonders for me !!!
Me too. I do not smoke or drink significantly. I never had circulation problems but my left foot veins started to feel blocked and compressed.
Compression socks gave the best result, even better than pills
