    This was a nice quick arm burn Linda, thank you! I thought I’d hold onto my weights when you dropped yours but my ego slapped me and I dropped them 😅

      Haha when you are used to using heavier weights you think you are strong, until you start doing weightless exercizes!!

    Great burn for the arms, and also good for posture! 😊 I liked the mix of weighted and unweighted exercises.
