    www.buymeacoffee.com/Barlates Welcome to the Target 10 series. You will target all your problem areas with 10 rounds of 60 second intervals. You will add extra equipment such as ankle weights, resistance bands and pilates ball to some of the exercises to increase the burn even more. The workouts are easy to follow, but tough to do. They require very little space and guarantee results if you do them on a regular basis.
    In Target 10 Arms you will use light hand weights with high repetitions to sculpt your arms, shoulders, back and chest. The barre style exercises in this workout are designed to create long, lean muscles without bulk. You will see some fun single, single double rep patterns and lots of combination moves with slight angle changes to really burn out that upper body. All your main muscle groups will be targeted with this fast paced, easy to follow routine. Do it twice through for extra burn or add it on to one of my other Target 10 workouts for more of a challenge.

    I am totally adding this to my weekly rotation! Short and punchy and really hit the spot. I had to laugh at myself, because you kept saying "This workout is going super quick!" And I kept thinking to myself - "I'm dying! This workout is taking forever!" Haha - My arms have some work to get stronger.....

    OMG I think this was one of the hardest if not THE hardest arm workout I've ever done. I'm a pretty advanced exerciser, but I'm slowly trying to do more toning rather than cardio. This was AMAZING. Not sure I'll be able to wash my hair in the morning tho. Thank you so much!

    I did this for the second time and was able to keep my arms up the whole time with my 3lb weights (I couldn't the first time) I love your videos so much - especially your arm and inner thigh videos :) thank you!

    Wonderful workout! Great to add on to another! One we can come back to regularly. My weights were a little too heavy (it's what I had while traveling), so I had to stop a few times to shake out my arms. Ooof!

    Fantastic . Love the intensity and short time . How often should we do this to get rid of bat wing? Can you also pleaseeeee do a target 10 exclusively for the back - to strengthen and reduce back fat ! Thanks you Linda for your generosity in sharing such quality training for free . .

      You can do this workout 3 times a week or alternate with some of my other upper body barre workouts. I will be doing a back focused workout soon 😊

    Loved this!! The last exercise was my favorite! I am forever trying to get that fatty area 😂 I will add on extra burnouts with exercises I think target it, but not always so sure that it does lol! I added it on to Stamina 50 Squats and Lunges and Stamina 50 Outer Thigh (both with hip trainer 😅). Thanks for a fun workout

      glad you liked it. I have been doing a lot of combo moves like this with different rep patterns and I am noticing my arms are becoming stronger and leaner 😀
