    I just did this after work, and it was so much fun! Walking workouts with music are enjoyable. I prefer having cueing, even if it's minimal, for regular fitness mat or barre workouts.

      Yes, as long as they are easy to follow and don't need much explanation, cuing isn't really that necessary with this style of workout!
