We all want those strong, toned arms.
They give us a little extra boost of confidence when we walk into a room.
We want to walk tall and proud with good posture and feeling elegant.
And toned arms are the cherry on top of that self-confidence sundae.
But getting those strong arms comes with a lot of discipline, good habits, and work we need to put into that goal.
In this Arms Workout, we're going to push through the pain.
You know it- it's the kind of pain that shows up in places we didn't even know we had.
Let's work together.
Let's push through the "good" pain, and feel our muscles working.
So set your mind on that goal, what you really want to achieve, even in this short amount of time. Remember, these exercises can be done over and over again.
And, I know, you're probably going to ask,
"How many times do I have to do them?"
As many times as it takes to get the results you want!
So, have your goal in front of you, and keep working towards it.
Once we've got the arms, strength, elegance and posture to look disciplined and strong- we can achieve even more.

I've been doing many of your videos since being quarantine. I do the ballet balance almost every day and today while getting ready to workout again I was being silly in the mirror dancing, doing some of the ballet positions and giggling to myself and it hit me that for maybe the first time in my 26 years I like being in this body. I still have a ways to go in terms of weight loss but your videos provide something else than just a chance to burn calories, I feel graceful and strong in a way I've never felt and that really had me crying this morning. Ballet isn't big in my community so I was always kinda embarrassed to express an interest. Always felt too large and too black too the polar opposite of what the typical ballerina is to try it. Figured I'd look ridiculous in a class. These videos have been such a blessing during quarantine and I'm so thankful for all you do for us. Sending much love and blessings from Brooklyn. Stay safe!!!

after the second time I was able to unlock my left shoulder, which was pretty much numb for many years. No therapy needed only a little believe in your experience and working these shoulder muscles even when it burns. Thank you so much for your work.
Alessia, thank you soooo much. I've been experiencing a lot of wrist/elbow tendonitis and carpal tunnel and this arm video and your arms playlist have reduced almost all my pain, and that's on top of making my arms look great. Grazie, bella!!!

Bonjour Alessia je tenais à vous dire que cette vidéo des bras m'a soulagé d'un mal que j'ai aux niveaux des mains.Je m'explique,je commence à avoir des soucis au niveau du canal carpien de la main droite et gauche et donc je ressentis des engourdissements. Mais voilà depuis que je pratique cette vidéo j'avoue que mes mains vont mieux,moins d'engourdissements!!!!!!!! Je tenais à vous le dire,comme quoi le fait de travailler les épaules,les rouler,travailler les poignets dedans, extérieur,doit agir sur la circulation. VOUS ÊTES MA BIENFAITRICE.tous les jours je fais 4 de vos vidéo,les pieds,les jambes,les bras et une stretching,continuez,vous êtes formidable 💖💖

Hi Alessia, from Colombia, thanks for your videos, I'm practicing your videos of balance and pirouttes with my 10 years daughter. I really apreciatte if you can tape a 20 or 30 mts barre begginers video with the basics ballet movements for girls. I sow all your videos and could not find anithing. I think your videos are the best in you tube, that's why I ask you for it. Please help me to teach my daughter. Thanks a lot.
