    DESCRIPTION
    Welcome to the Strength Express series. These 15 minute workouts will use 50 second intervals with 10 seconds of rest along with heavier weights than usual, to sculpt a lean physique. You will see a lot of more traditional weight training exercises, coupled with barre style burn outs to fully fatigue each muscle group. Do the workouts individually if you are short on time, or string a few together for a total body challenge. Get ready to feel the burn and see the changes!
    In Strength Express Arms you will use light, medium and medium/heavy dumbbells to work your biceps, triceps, shoulders and upper back. You will start with 3 sets of different shoulder press variations, then biceps curl variations, then triceps extension variations, then side lateral raise variations and finally a biceps and triceps curl combination with a side triceps extension finisher.
    Fitness level: intermediate/advanced
    Equipment: light to medium/heavy weights
    Duration: 17 mins

    That'a great short workout. I don't really like lifting weights so the shorter the better lol. I used 1, 3 and 5kg dumbbells. I had to dust off the 5kg ones lol.

      haha, well this series is just right for you then! Even with medium dumbbells you can still build some muscle!

      I’m very excited to see both!!! I can not wait. Tracy has got a new program called MyMode. It uses a box and a stick. If you don’t know already, check it out. Will you be doing a take on that? I hope so. I, like many, cannot afford Tracy. Her prices are very elite.

      I have seen her box workouts. Honestly, I don't like gimmick workouts that not everyone can do unless they buy expensive equipment. I don't think I will be doing that sort of thing, although I have had requests for more broomstick workouts and I do use the step every now and then, so there may be some combinations of those!
