- Sculpt and tone in this home barre arms workout using light weights. It's a 15 minute all standing arms workout using small hand dumbbells. You will need 1kg or 2.2lb weights. If you don't have them use a water bottle and fill with water or rice. The best bit is this class has no push ups!

I suffer from a foot medical condition as well as restless leg problems. However, did this work out right after I was having those sensations and did help relieve slightly my restless legs.
