From what I’ve heard it’s Linear Fusions for Warpriest and Golgoroth, Gjallerhorn/Wardcliff/Legendary Rockets on Daughters and Oryx is Snipers and LFR. Div recommended for most bosses. Totems go crazy just be ready to add clear and bring something for the boomer knights
For totems, LMGs and blinding nade gls are very effective for both the majors n the trash ads. Bring inferno whip on solar and save your melee for the Unstoppables if they spawn while you deposit at mid.
This video is incomplete. You have to tell us how to consistently wipe right at the end.

@Fallout Plays I opened 4 exotics from last season today and got 2 Helmets, 1 Chest and 1 gloves, do you know if saving exotics is now broken?
Good guide, but you forgot one important thing for Golgoroth:
There’s a Totem in the center of the room. During each damage phase, players must shoot down every damage bubble from the ceiling. If players leave bubbles undropped, the totem will add one lighted symbol for every undropped bubble. If six bubbles get ignored before killing golgoroth, he wipes the team

This was an incredibly well put together guide. After being a sherpa for Kings Fall in D1, I feel good about being a sherpa for it in D2 because of this video.
Had to have someone run a warlock with Well due to how much he was dying on totems. He did surprisingly well once he was able to survive for more than 10 seconds.
Pffff i had a guy tell me to kill his taken knight and wizard. Run faster when he had double primaries not killing any enemies while not getting any stacks. Then complaining why im not moving faster. While tellling to kill his adds

I love how the Oryx fight was finished by the tick damage from someone popping a hammers super and throwing a single hammer lol... CLUTCH!!! nice guide and another day one in the bag
Great guide. Only thing I’d change is the Warpriest strat. Doing damage right where you get the aura saves a lot of time and lets you fit in more damage. If you have to move to another totem, shift over just after a runner steals the buff. My team also had both our runners using 4th Horseman to obliterate the knights as fast as possible.
Slugs also do quick work, certainly not as fast but good 3-4 tap depending on headshots

Great work as ever! So much nostalgia for this raid. Did it day one first time around and it was such a rush. Work and kids mean I barely have time to play any more but it's great to see others get the chance to enjoy it.
Your stress is palpable in these encounters! Excellent guide as always.
Haven't watched it yet, but I imagine it ends with instructions on how to simultaneously die and also beat the raid, rendering yourself unable to respawn and claim your loot. Grats on the day 1 clear!

A success story:
About 45 minutes ago, I got asked to plug in for an Oryx checkpoint. Literally told them I was using the bathroom then I'd be on.
Instead I just fast-forwarded to the explanation for a quick refresher to make sure I wasn't the weak link. Cleared as a floater on the first try. It's nice having someone give clear instructions.

Reviewed quite a few King’s Fall raid guides. This one should be the go to guide for all level of players. It is a concise and comprehensive guide. That combination is difficult to achieve. Great team effort whilst demonstrating the camaraderie and team spirit which is the essence that makes this game so great. Special mention for Fallout plays as in my opinion his performance is a master class in how to play the game.

Thanks for the great guide Fallout. I was able to join an LFG and be useful in time to finish the raid before the end of the season. This was the last triumph I needed for Guardian rank 8
This is a good video as always. Might be worth it to make a day 1 guide like this (because thats where the views are) and then go back in a couple weeks or so and make a true "noob" guide that has the best community strats detailed and diagramed, so a newer player can try this raid later in the season as their first raid and feel like they are coming in with the current strats. Probably more necessary for new raids than returning ones.

Just did VoG right before watching this. Despite it being an utter waste of time (I got three shit found verdicts and three shit corrective measures), your guide and the people helping me made it simple. The same group wants help with King's Fall later, so the timing is incredible

Our team was stuck on war-priest for so many hours. It really sucked because we were so consistent and almost killed him but wiped with less than 5% health left. We managed to get really far in terms of DPS but we didn’t make it past as a group. A real shame but honestly I’m still proud of our team and I’m glad we got further than a lot of people. Even if it meant we didn’t finish war-priest

@Fallout Plays you probably already know, bit make sure you dance with the fallen in missions. For instance end of expedition, dance with them and they dance back.
great video but as a d1 vet i got a couple questions like do all the old strats work for golg where you just repeat doing the front left orb and for oryx just 4 stack the bombs that way you dont get bomb phase and just do the thrall thunder dome
First time I think i've checked out a Raid guide specifically from you so I'm unsure if this editing style is standard for your guides or not. I just wanted to say I thought the editing was very good.
It looks like more then one person can detonate a blight. In the final stand of oryx someone walked into your blight and the screen shows a total of 3 detonations.
Remember doing this rain in D1, but using the scout with unlimited ammo, cant remember if that scout had good dmg or not compared to what was used in this video at the last boss

In totem room my team used thunderlord and it was pretty great imo
Literally that was my primary in contest
For the Totems on Normal mode, we left 2 people on the Wizard - Taken Knight platforms and then other 4 people just ran back and forth like a relay, picking up the orb we left there. I didn't even need any heavy ammo for them, I simply beat them to death with my Titan melee hammer and an incandescent solar SMG. A short burst of the SMG to get them burning and 2 hammer tosses snuffed the knight out like nothing. I also stunned the unstoppable Ogre with a pulse rifel, then killed it with a brief burst from my Solar LMG and a grenade.

I genuinely thought I was missing a mechanic yesterday when warpriest's health didnt move after 6 full taipans' worth of ammo. Now i have to farm ToM normally and have two raids with clear counts in the 100s

FYI killing the Knights on the plates when Oryx summons his meteors will cause him to stop early, shortening the encounter!

Yeah golgy should be easier but he bugs out some time were he lock his position usually looking away from pool and his back closes until some one gets into stomp range of him. Which is usually a wipe for us, also please for the of all things good in this world shoot the damn orb when they are counting down on glaze. I don't know how many times i was the only shooting orb at the 2-3 second mark.

Best loadout for Totems:
Bastion - two shots to take down knights and can deal with unstop ogre
Scout - for red bars in rooms
Machine gun with unrelenting and auto loading holster - is amazing for staying alive on totems and taking out majors

are linear fusions just over all better then snipers now, like thoughtless w/ overflow amd whisper cant compete?
There's 3 craftable linears in the game now, with Taipan being basically available to everyone after a short questline and not relying on drop chance. Cataclysmic with Bait and Switch is just wonderful as you get 35% precision bonus as well as Fourth Times the Charm. Taipan can be crafted with Firing Line for 20% and Triple Tap for ammo loading.
There is also something to be said for having more vision while scoped in, which you can lose with snipers as well as needing to be scoped in for Whisper. I know that there have been points in Vow where I've been able to hipfire a linear and still hit the Divinity bubble. That said, if you either do not have the ability to craft Cataclysmic or don't have a good roll of Cataclysmic/Taipan/Reed's Regret (Spyglass doesn't have Triple Tap or 4th Times), go ahead and use a sniper if that's what you're more comfortable with. Whisper's main downfall was losing it's infinite ammo generation and since then it's fallen by the wayside. It's still *good*, it's just not the best.
