Pro tip for Warpriest, The taken knight will never spawn from the side that initial plate buff started. Example: Its Middle,Left,Right. Right being the last plate getting the buff. Taken night wont spawn on right for that damage sequence
I love kings fall. I love the theme, the lore and especially the fact it’s so thought out. Each encounter is effectively teaching one aspect of the oryx fight. Like training to fight him. The entrance teaches that some mechanics can lock you out of doing things so you’ll have to work together in teams. Totems teaches the brand stealer role to everyone. Warpriest teaches calling out information that only you have(the plates in oryx). Golgoroth in a roundabout way teaches the bombs and as a side can teach grabbing oryx’s agro so the runner can run without dying. Daughters is a easier trial run to make sure you got the main mechanic down. And finally oryx where you put all you’ve learned together to slay a god
The Unstable Light debuff explosion does over a half million damage to Golgoroth, so definitely try to get near him. Should be pretty safe standing behind him.

@@h0lm1 I got back into D2 cuz of kings fall, and I’m glad I did. It’s not hard to catch up and there’s a lot of stuff to do even if you don’t have witch queen and the season pass.

We made it to War Priest and just couldn't get enough DPS before all the pillars were wiped. Upsetting, but tomorrow should be doable. Thanks for covering the new changes. It was a very nostalgic day 1.
I remember this raid back in D1, I had a group when it released and got 34th completion world wide. I’m returning to D2 after a long while and thought I’d refresh my memory how this raid works.
Wow, I'm amazed that this raid was brought back into D2! Such a good raid, I haven't played D2 in what feels like 4 years which was when Forsaken was released. I'd want to jump back in...but man, to do the grind again, and being far behind (very far behind), I just don't have it in me. That said, big fan of your content going back to D1, and thrilled you're still keeping up to it! Thanks for all you do for the community!
They made it a lot easier to hop back in, especially with the season of plunder season release. You'd be surprised I think at how fast you can jump back into the action.

Thanks for to the guide! For the suggestion box: it would be great to see the tombship jumping puzzle completed without unnecessary panning. A jump, reposition camera to next jump and go. Just very hard to follow as is.
I think this was your best raid guide yet. It was well worded and you made each step easy to understand. Usually I have to watch someone else’s guides but I gave yours a try since it was the first one out
Thank you for this guide. Me and my friend got to totems and we where like ok we will do it tomorrow after contest mode. So now we got a guide for the changes they made. Thank you.
Pretty solid advice. I’m a new player and i can safely say that i HATE raids. Mostly because the people i play with just spend the time hating on me which makes me want to rage quit
Thank you for always uploading content so consistently and for always doing it so fast. And thank you for being the best at doing so aswell. You are the best kackis!
In the Warpriest Encounter We DID NOT kill any of the Witches and Knight STILL SPAWNED so I don't know if its a Contest mode thing but You essentially have to focus on killing Knights and using Witches with Aeons for Ammo. Once the reading sequence starts all ADs disappear including the witches left alive.
I see everyone here praising Mr. Kackis for a job well done. And they should, he always delivers excellent content. However, can this community shout out to the team's unsung hero? I'm talking about Mrs. Kackis! Think about the support she has given him over their journey and the amount of effort on her part to keep their home life going so he can continue to do what he does. So, I tip my hat to you Mrs. Kackis. Thank you for all the work you do without getting the thanks you deserve.
In the beginning part, since I had my same raid team we did KF on D1 with, we did the 2 left, 2 right, 2 center strat & we did it no issue. If your team is well coordinated, I suggest giving this strat a try after contest mode is off 😂
Ik right especially the last one how are u supposed to tell what direction he inevitably went lmfao. I'm glad the route was the same as d1 though, I have 200+ clears on d1 kings fall so I remembered it immediately getting there and had my 5 friends who didn't play d1 just follow me lol
This is probably the best and easy to follow along dungeon guide I've ever seen. Case and point #, It shows perspectives from not just one player. So it gave me a good feel for the hole environment, and game mechanics. You did an awesome job on this one. 😊 Thank You so much
Not sure how I feel about the changes to the Oryx fight. Not being able to choose your runner is a bit of a drag since it makes it more improv than plan at times.
I can see why they made the change so that it artificially forces you to be torn, very similar to the D1 daughters where it randomly chose who was torn. But in that case whoever was torn just jump off and pass the torn to someone else and we pick them up and start the section and pray that the 2nd person that was picked torn was half decent. In D1 whoever was good at jumping, i.e. they could spend jump the platform and they were definitely clutch because it buys you a lot of time and thus you can designate whoever wasn't as good or lower light to be in the middle to help bring down the ogres with gally, sniper, or stimulant. Not to mention in D1 before they nerfed the Titan bubble you can slap Oryx around with the Touch of Malice as well. Drop a weapon bubble and a health bubble and you were good to go. Good times. p.s. Who remembers going back to Skolas and slapping him around with Touch of Malice with a Titan bubble? :-)
This brings back memories.. TOOK US 9 hours..MY RAID TEAM AND I WERE ONE OF THE FIRSTS TO GET IT DONE figured it out no TUTORIALS AND ‘touch of malice’ and titan bubble COMBO BEFORE bungee CHANGED EVERYTHING
@@wetwipe2622 I think I'll just wait until they add LFG into the game with Lightfall. I can't even use my bungie acc on any of the mobile apps bc my old email is on my old phone.
Thank you a lot for this guide , will use it when contest mode ends 👌 But to be honest I think for normal players like me bungie did. go way to hard on this raid , I’ve been stuck for 10 hours at the Totem Phase and we’ve been atleast 50 times on the last rune on the door and not getting the phase done It’s so stupid and way too hard , probably even harder then greatmaster mode
That is how it is for every new raid on day 1 that is the point of contest mode & the challenge of beating it. On Vow my team got stuck at the first encounter for 7 hours an 14 hours on the 2nd & 3rd encounter each on contest mode.
Yeah don’t even attempt contest mode.. My friend and I couldn’t get past the front door at VOG. We thought the power recommendation wasn’t too bad so we gave it a shot… Bad idea lol

@@wpftutorial they added it back on Friday, doesn't have anything to do with the story it just kinda returned
Thanks for to the guide!
For the suggestion box: it would be great to see the tombship jumping puzzle completed without unnecessary panning. A jump, reposition camera to next jump and go. Just very hard to follow as is.
Word, even knowing the platforms the video made it rough to follow along. But was still a super helpful video
You’ve made it comprehensive as I’m terrified of raids. I think it’s the failing part I’m afraid of but my therapist Kackis gots me😤 Imma try it out
I think this was your best raid guide yet. It was well worded and you made each step easy to understand. Usually I have to watch someone else’s guides but I gave yours a try since it was the first one out
dude claim your package

Man seeing this raid again this is my favorite raid back in the day so many good memories
You come out with the guide so quick even the haters gotta watch it!!! Thanks.
Watching this video gave me King's Fall flashbacks. My favorite raid.
In the beginning part, since I had my same raid team we did KF on D1 with, we did the 2 left, 2 right, 2 center strat & we did it no issue.
If your team is well coordinated, I suggest giving this strat a try after contest mode is off 😂
Been wanting to play a raid for like 2 years and 5 minutes into this video was enough for me to not to want to anymore
There are hive symbols hidden in the raid that can be activated. My guess is that they provide a red chest at the end.
the combination for the chest is under the platform you spawn on at the beginning of the raid
Finally! This was my favorite D1 raid!
💯💯Fr so excited they bought it back
Now I just have to go and earn that raid ring!
Fastest raid guide in the west. Great job my dude.
This is the route you need to take. Proccedds to put fast forward spinning that is disoriantaiting. Every single ship you stepped on.
Ik right especially the last one how are u supposed to tell what direction he inevitably went lmfao. I'm glad the route was the same as d1 though, I have 200+ clears on d1 kings fall so I remembered it immediately getting there and had my 5 friends who didn't play d1 just follow me lol
Wow that ship jumping section is terribly tough to follow being sped up with you constantly looking around.
Well done on how quick u placed this guide up it must have been an Huge amount of work 👏
@@Chris-iq5pr i stand corrected thank you 👍🤣
Remember doing this raid back in d1 years ago such a fun experience
Fr i miss those days
This guide was so helpful and I can't wait to do this raid. Big props to you!!
23:20 that gaze grab by TThic is a huge strat, easily grab the gaze with 1 linear shot
Yeah that was kinda burgers def gonna try that next time im on dawnblade
Me who never did a raid and me who has no friends 💀
If you still play destiny i will be ur friend, wanna do a raid together my dude?
Came to watch this as a refresh since the last time I did it was in D1. Good to know everything’s pretty much the same:)
This is probably the best and easy to follow along dungeon guide I've ever seen. Case and point #, It shows perspectives from not just one player. So it gave me a good feel for the hole environment, and game mechanics. You did an awesome job on this one. 😊 Thank You so much
Dungeon?
Dungeon?
Holy f*****g shi* as a new player this was definitely an experience. Talk about hands on training or baptism by fire… this was nuts
Im so glad they bring back these raids they bring back so much memories and how annoying the war priest was.
This raid brings back so many memories. Sucks that all my friends quit on playing destiny.
"Edge" Oryx. Lmao
Dudes spinning in circles on fast forward at the jumping puzzle 😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫
I wish I had a clan/squad to actually play the raid with 😔
Lfg
Same
@@wetwipe2622 I think I'll just wait until they add LFG into the game with Lightfall. I can't even use my bungie acc on any of the mobile apps bc my old email is on my old phone.
Hey I’m gonna try it before reset if you wanna try let me know I play on PC
If you down tmm add me on ps5 sc7_mvp
Just crushed it first try with fireyeam finder. Watched this guide before i did it. Thank you
Something tells me Whisper is going to be a solid option for Oryx after contest mode
Black spindle on D1 was an absolute must, and whisper of the worm IS black spindle so…yeah definitely!!
Solid option? Sure, are there better options? Yes. Whisper is still mid, needs another 15% buff
I remember one phasing war priest with the good ol black spindle
I just cannot get over the fact that legendary linear‘s are better than heavy snipers or linear‘s, makes no sense
This was almost 1:1 from your Previous Kings Fall For Dummies. ROFL. Glad to see you're consistant!
I never realized how much I loved and missed this raid
Thanks for this Mr. Kackis! Appreciate the time and effort you put into this.
the moment you said "its dps time" literal goosebumps
Jump puzzle: haha rocket grapple go brrrr
It's been so many years since doing this Raid. Was fun running a Self Rez Warlock in Destiny 1 😭
Thank you a lot for this guide , will use it when contest mode ends 👌
But to be honest I think for normal players like me bungie did. go way to hard on this raid , I’ve been stuck for 10 hours at the Totem Phase and we’ve been atleast 50 times on the last rune on the door and not getting the phase done
It’s so stupid and way too hard , probably even harder then greatmaster mode
That is how it is for every new raid on day 1 that is the point of contest mode & the challenge of beating it.
On Vow my team got stuck at the first encounter for 7 hours an 14 hours on the 2nd & 3rd encounter each on contest mode.
Yeah don’t even attempt contest mode.. My friend and I couldn’t get past the front door at VOG. We thought the power recommendation wasn’t too bad so we gave it a shot… Bad idea lol
This was THE most helpful video on refreshing my memory and seeing the new things bungie Integrated haven’t done this raid since D1 thank you for the help!
Never of all my years playing d1 and d2 i thought i would hear someone tell me i have to edge Oryx 🤣
AND finish him, you cant forget he finished oryx.
What I Learned From This Video
-Explode On Golgoroth
-Edge Oryx
Seems Legit
Why does everything have to be a puzzle..,
Yeah man
It’s annoying
Looking at this shit and I don’t feel like doing a raid
L + Skill Issue
@@MohammadAliKhalilyou must be d2 diaper
if it was easy it’d be boring, the effort you put in is worth for the loot you get
@@resolvesg558 what does that even mean dummy?
This video from your channel helped me 6 years ago, and it will help me again today. Thank you.
Thanks for the guide, just cleared King's Fall for the first time ever (sadly no ToM)
