This is by far the best stretching routine on UA-cam. I've tried others and I definitely see the difference afterwards, I am more flexible, I feel more relaxed and I don't have the pains that I use to. My only wish would be to be doing this every day, I would feel so much better. Thank you so much for posting this ❤, you are a lifesaver.
