Thanks Tom this was a grear vid. I recently strained my back doing weightlifting. Could you maybe do a follow along for someone who wants to do a lot of heavy squats, deadlifts, weighted dips etc. but also wants to stay injury free? All the best, jake.
Hey Tom - I just love your stretching routines. It's nice that they're outside without that god-awful music that's in so many gym's which is anything but peaceful and relaxing. Just curious, it doesn't look like this one was done in the UK. It looks more like Southern CA. Wishing you all the best.

This is my favorite calisthenics channel because Tom is taller than me. I am 6'2". I feel like anything he can do, I can learn. When a calisthenics guy is substantially shorter and doing crazy stuff, it is difficult to know if the move is possible for a taller guy.
It's possible. Stop making mental barriers for yourself.
@@vincentlee7359 Obviously, if I am watching a dude who is 4'9" 100 lbs doing crazy stuff on the bar, I am not going to be as optimistic. The leverages are different. It's physics. Shaquille O'neal cannot move like Allen Iverson.

I feel your pain. Being tall with calisthenics has a logarithmic curve of difficulty but a good level can still be achieved

i enjoyed this routine, i didn’t feel the hugging hamstring one though.
how often should i repeat this routine, or should i try another lower body one on your channel

Hey, I have a question. The thing that we do in the beginning where we hug our leg ( at around 2min into the video ). My back hurts a bit when I do that. Am I doing it wrong or do I need to stretch my back before attempting it?
Perhaps the point of restriction. You can try leaning forward in the original figure 4 position instead to get a similar glute stretch
Any advice for healing a lower back muscle sprain?
You should do one 15 min stretch follow along every week. I’d do all of them. Did the first one about 300 times now
