Did this one after I did one of your 20 min arm workouts + one of your 20 min cardios. I don't normally do these but my hammies are super tight and I've been feeling kinda fatigued so I know I need to start doing these more.

This was a great video. Thank you Heather. The only issue I had with it was it was way to fast. I would have been nice to stay in a stretch for a few seconds longer. I had to stop the video and restart in places several times to keep up with you. Otherwise it was a nice stretch routine.

Definitely needed this full body stretching today, OMG!! woke up freakin tight hips, tried to stretch them out in bed, no way. This workout did the trick . This will be my go to full bod stretch routine.. Thanks Heather for the hip release. Pain vanished, no tight hips no more.

This is amazing, I just started working out yesterday and was NOT prepared for today, I really wanted to stick to a nightly schedule to stay consistent and tried this, the difference is incredible, I can left my arms all the way and the muscles that have been sore all day either feel alot better or don't even feel sore AT ALL, I'll definitely be doing this in between more insense workouts tell my body is more adapted to the new routine

nice way to finish off the two week lock down lean which was super nice somewhat easier workouts than the 12 week challenge, I'll now be moving on to just following the monthly workout schedules but eventually I plan on trying all of heather's challenges and revisiting the 12 week maybe next year as well

Well I usually don't do any stretching but I need to at least focus one day a week on mobility and stretching like today when I have worked our all week and am lacking some motivation. I need to move everyday as I suffer from a intestinal disorder that causes me great pains and even more so when I don't move. So today was my first day focusing on stretching and mobility.
All the moves felt so good, but it was just way to quick for me. Keep up the good work 👍
Thank you for the workout although the title is misleading. I would rather call it a mobility/yoga routine. We didn't hold any stretches for longer than 5 seconds and my muscles don't feel stretched at all.

I like the moves, but I wish the pace was slower. Not enough between each to get a good stretch.
I agree. Slightly slower transitions and maybe a couple more seconds in the deep stretch poses. Otherwise a wonderful stretch.
