Its sometimes hard to me find a great, dinamic and really burning abs routine and this one is amazing, you really feel how your abs are working and i love it
I've been using this ab routine at the end of my core workouts (also from Heather) for about four months and I've *never* had my abs this defined in my LIFE.
@@Als1822 I moved onto heavy compound lifting and more hypertrophy-type training since this post, so rest assured I have switched it up. This is still a solid foundation to start off with, though!
@@joshstyle123 Sorry for the super late reply: I did this routine about 2 - 3x per week, usually ending a larger core/leg routine. I had to move onto weighted ab exercises but I still highly recommend this as a beginning/intermediate foundation for a solid core.
Your exercise routines are wonderful. I love the fact that you don’t talk as it can be very annoying the way that I’ve found in other exercise programs I’ve watched. Your voice is so soothing and pushes me through without being irritating. Thank you so much.
Hi. I am going to be 50 in a few months and had a hysterectomy surgery several months ago. I’m trying to get back into my clothes. I’ve done several of the videos as my daily routine. It takes me longer to see results but I am happy.
So I did this lower ab workout when the video came out on the 15th, and noticed while sitting at work my stomach muscles were sore, then I relaized OH MY GOSH my abs hurt because of this workout I did 2 days ago.......LOVE IT....my abs are still feeling the burn days later. THANK YOU!!!
This is the second of your workouts I followed and I love it so far. I really appreciate how softly you speak, this way I can relax while I follow the workout and enjoy the music without having to worry about turning down the volume not to bother my neighbours. Believe me or not, I have that problem a lot of times following other workout programs because many other trainers use to raise their voice so much to encourage the audience (too much sometimes😅) . You are really sweet! I'll definitely follow and recommend my friends. Keep up the good work! 😊💕
It was great. Please give us some others for that area for the lower belly. I understand that the diet is needed. I'm not over weight but I'm 70 yrs old and I think that part of it Is child bearing.besides getting old. I'm very subconscious about it and thought that a tummy tuck will resolve the issue but is expensive. I workout for 5 days a week for an hour doing cardio, intermediate Pilates, some yoga and you are one of my instructors. You are great. Thanks again and hope you read my comments.

Some of these are so hard because my bones are so bad in my back and hips and neck and shoulders...but i try. I do the best I can. I have lost about 45 pounds so Im on my way to being better.

Definitely harder when moving slow rather than using momentum to power the move 💪
