Where did you learn Yoga from? Did you learn it from an Indian instructor? (who are the purists afterall). Have you been to Rishikesh, Mysore etc to learn the pure/ real forms of Yoga?

Have literally been doing this routine for four years! Started when I was 16 and still come back to it from time to time as a 20 year old. Crazy how time zips right by, and maybe it’s time for us to find some new routines 😅

Self isolating and finally made the decision to actually DO yoga! Sitting back in that final position I really felt a difference! I'll definitely be making this a regular thing!

Self isolation and social distancing is no joke for many of us and I don’t want to undermine people’s struggles and call it a “good thing,” especially with so many people losing jobs, however it gives you the opportunity to try things you might not have had the time for before!

Ok storytime. These yoga videos changed my life honestly. I discovered them in late march/April 2020 and I was in the middle of a really bad depressive funk. I was a housekeeper in a hospital. The stress of that and trying to keep my family safe due to the environment I worked in was almost too much to bare. These videos were one of the first things that brung me comfort and a sliver of peace. I couldn't be around my mother, video conference calls did nothing. People need people and I have never felt so alone and helpless just like the rest of the world. She is so thorough with the instructions, the workouts are not overwhelming. This started a routine, which eventually led to a whole new way of being and thinking as I began researching mindfulness(meditation). I just wanted to take the time to share my story because Kassandra helped me get through the darkest time of my life and I will be forever grateful. I no longer work in the environment as it was not good for my mental health. I love my new career and things have changed drastically.
I discovered your channel a week before lockdown in 2020, when i lived at my grandma's house. An old man had told me he did 30 minutes of yoga everyday or else he became rusty. That man could literally do splits at 60. Anyway, i started doing yoga everyday morning for a year and half, and then, mid 2021, i moved to a smaller appartement and i couldn't get back into a routine. But I knew one day I would eventually pick it up where I left it, because I knew your channel was a treasure box. You are a non-judgemental, calm and soothing practitioner and I even got my sister to start yoga on a daily basis with your channel. We love you. A good natural substance to consume for depression or ptsd is magic mushrooms in micro doses. Now that they are actually conducting studies on it it has been found to be more effective than any drug in the market. Like yoga, it reminds you of your spirituality apart from your physical body while simultaneously giving you a feeling of connectedness with everything in the universe. It can help people see how ridiculous many aspects of ordinary life are that you use to not notice so much. I’ve heard the feeling described as extra normal. As I was sitting after finishing, I thought it was ok. Then I stood up. I'm no longer embarrassed to say I did this as a 17 yo male. Feels too good to stop due to anyone else's judgements.

I’m a 6’5 guy that can barely touch his toes and cannot come close to sitting criss cross style. I workout a lot and doing this video in the morning saves my back. I try my best lol, thank you!

I’ve had multiple anxiety disorders since I was little. I never really got the help for it. I always heard from my therapist that yoga helped with anxiety. Then life got in the way and I never took the time for myself. Since this whole quarantine I decided to take my life back. I started exercising to lose the weight I’ve always hated. I started doing yoga, in hopes it might help me. And it has. Terrifically. I’m really thankful for this video❤️ you’ve helped me get my life back❤️❤️❤️

@· Noï · Do you mean Yoga with Adriene stole the style from Yoga with Kassandra? I hate to tell you, but yoga with adriene started in 2012 and yoga with kassandra started in 2013. You can't steal a style. They both did this around the same time and that's okay. Neither stole from each other all because they have the same general name and are instructors.

Ive been doing this practice and the 10 min morning yoga video nearly everyday for two months now. I have fibromialgia and had a knee surgery some years ago, which really limits what exercise i can do that won't lead to a flare, but these videos have helped with the soreness in my body and helped me build strength, which is amazing. I've slowly started to increase the amount of time I exercise and mixed yoga videos with exercise and it's so great. It's also helping me be productive in the morning
Try drinking bone broth daily to aid with your inflammation. As some people aren't keen on the taste of bone broth try using it to cook rice with using the absorption method. Sneaky way to get bone broth into kids 👍

This is my favourite morning routine now :) It's short and effective and I don't have to be fully awake yet because it is all on the floor and I don't have to balance in some standing poses. Thanks a lot!

I’ve learned so much about myself from practicing, and have become a lot stronger physically, mentally, and spiritually. Lately I've been in a bad spot spiritually. So I started waking up early in the morning to try and rebuild some routine and gain some motivation. I wanted to find a simple morning stretching routine. Just did this for the first time and thank you so much! It was exactly what I needed.
I really like these short yoga routines you post. I’m in the army currently overseas and I found these a few weeks ago. Our bodies take a beating in our line of work and I can’t tell you how much doing these everyday have helped me!

You’ve probably got lots of comments like this already, but I want to tell you how much I appreciate your “free yoga” philosophy. The irony is, if I pay for a yoga app, I’m less likely to use it than a free source. When something’s free, you know someone’s doing something because they love it, not because they get paid to do it (even though you ultimately do because lots of people agree you’re amazing) and that never sat well with me. With “free-ness”, I get a community vibe versus the solitary feeling I get from paid sources. I found your channel through a Top 10 list online and something drew me directly to your page and I’m so glad to have found you. This was the first video I saw and loved it immediately for your voice, your gentle guidance to lengthen, breathe, press down, etc and the non-typical poses that I just love! I don’t know if you’ll read this comment, but if you do, please know that I appreciate you!! I even feel like you’re my friend, crazy as that sounds.
@@so7780 i think it’s just that he loves the authenticity of it. the fact that he KNOWS she’s not doing it for a paycheck. it’s not that people who get paid don’t love it, it’s just that this person feels a sense of security knowing that fact.

DeathAngleZoe yes! I don’t get much sleep cause I have a 7 month old and that probably why my body hurts too. It helps so much. I do these almost everyday now.

I have never done yoga all my life. I saw a lot of people's morning routine involved yoga so I decided to do so. The first few minutes I was like this feels like exercising but after that my body feels all stretched out and relaxed. Thank you dear!

I've been using your yoga videos for the past 3 months during my layoff. I just want to thank you it's changed my life I've been a gym rat for 30yrs and between working out without a proper warmup and a working a very physical trade I lost all flexibility and mobility. Self isolation and social distancing is no joke for many of us and I don’t want to undermine people’s struggles and call it a “good thing,” especially with so many people losing jobs, however it gives you the opportunity to try things you might not have had the time for before!

The struggle is the best part ! Yoga is almost always very hard, the challenge is to stay centered despite feeling like youre about to break at the seams hahah
Ok storytime. These yoga videos changed my life honestly. I discovered them in late march/April 2020 and I was in the middle of a really bad depressive funk. I was a housekeeper in a hospital. The stress of that and trying to keep my family safe due to the environment I worked in was almost too much to bare. These videos were one of the first things that brung me comfort and a sliver of peace. I couldn't be around my mother, video conference calls did nothing. People need people and I have never felt so alone and helpless just like the rest of the world. She is so thorough with the instructions, the workouts are not overwhelming. This started a routine, which eventually led to a whole new way of being and thinking as I began researching mindfulness(meditation). I just wanted to take the time to share my story because Kassandra helped me get through the darkest time of my life and I will be forever grateful. I no longer work in the environment as it was not good for my mental health. I love my new career and things have changed drastically.

I discovered your channel a week before lockdown in 2020, when i lived at my grandma's house. An old man had told me he did 30 minutes of yoga everyday or else he became rusty. That man could literally do splits at 60. Anyway, i started doing yoga everyday morning for a year and half, and then, mid 2021, i moved to a smaller appartement and i couldn't get back into a routine. But I knew one day I would eventually pick it up where I left it, because I knew your channel was a treasure box. You are a non-judgemental, calm and soothing practitioner and I even got my sister to start yoga on a daily basis with your channel. We love you. I’ve had multiple anxiety disorders since I was little. I never really got the help for it. I always heard from my therapist that yoga helped with anxiety. Then life got in the way and I never took the time for myself. Since this whole quarantine I decided to take my life back. I started exercising to lose the weight I’ve always hated. I started doing yoga, in hopes it might help me. And it has. Terrifically. I’m really thankful for this video❤️ you’ve helped me get my life back❤️❤️❤️

@· Noï · Do you mean Yoga with Adriene stole the style from Yoga with Kassandra? I hate to tell you, but yoga with adriene started in 2012 and yoga with kassandra started in 2013. You can't steal a style. They both did this around the same time and that's okay. Neither stole from each other all because they have the same general name and are instructors.
I love how positive this comment section is! Been trying to do this everyday and it has honestly helped so much. I’ve been lacking body confidence recently and been trying to work out loads however the yoga just makes me feel at peace with myself.

Ive been doing this practice and the 10 min morning yoga video nearly everyday for two months now. I have fibromialgia and had a knee surgery some years ago, which really limits what exercise i can do that won't lead to a flare, but these videos have helped with the soreness in my body and helped me build strength, which is amazing. I've slowly started to increase the amount of time I exercise and mixed yoga videos with exercise and it's so great. It's also helping me be productive in the morning
Try drinking bone broth daily to aid with your inflammation.
As some people aren't keen on the taste of bone broth try using it to cook rice with using the absorption method.

Wondering if you know a vegetarian option? I've been a vegetarian for a long time so whenever I eat anything with meat or fish now it gets me pretty sick, ahah. If not, then I guess I'll just have to try get used to it,lol

You’ve probably got lots of comments like this already, but I want to tell you how much I appreciate your “free yoga” philosophy. The irony is, if I pay for a yoga app, I’m less likely to use it than a free source. When something’s free, you know someone’s doing something because they love it, not because they get paid to do it (even though you ultimately do because lots of people agree you’re amazing) and that never sat well with me. With “free-ness”, I get a community vibe versus the solitary feeling I get from paid sources. I found your channel through a Top 10 list online and something drew me directly to your page and I’m so glad to have found you. This was the first video I saw and loved it immediately for your voice, your gentle guidance to lengthen, breathe, press down, etc and the non-typical poses that I just love! I don’t know if you’ll read this comment, but if you do, please know that I appreciate you!! I even feel like you’re my friend, crazy as that sounds.

DeathAngleZoe yes! I don’t get much sleep cause I have a 7 month old and that probably why my body hurts too. It helps so much. I do these almost everyday now.

I just want to thank you it's changed my life I've been a gym rat for 30yrs and between working out without a proper warmup and a working a very physical trade I lost all flexibility and mobility. One of the great things about stretches is that they can be uncomfortable at first, but very quickly become something you actually REALLY look forward to and enjoy! If you havent, I encourage you to stick with it cause its worth it :)
