It's time to slow things down and get in a relaxing full body stretch! Prevent injury, promote recovery and improve flexibility with today's stretching routine. I'm spending some extra time targeting those tight hips of mine. Be sure to listen to your body and work at your own pace. This is a great way to start your day or to complete post workout.

I love the yoga stretching mix. I agree that your voice is so soothing and kind and the background morning jazz, birds chirping, outdoor cafe music sounds are uplifting and relaxing. I have long suffered from lower back pain after running and knew that stretching helps. I do this stretch after every run and I literally have no pain. I just build in the 12 minutes into my workout time. Exceptional video! Thanks Heather.

My coach told me the other day that my hip flexors or weak and that I'm out of shape and he doenst think I could even keep up with a variety highschool athlete when I'm a colligient cross country athlete since the lockdown got me u motivated lol

Thank you. I love the idea to to have a virtual partner with a foam roller. I am an athlete with a lot's of sore places in my legs, so your calming voice was really helpfull to survive;)
