      Hi! Thanks for watching and for the nice comments! I have not done a video just about the aerial equipment, I've only mentioned it in a few of my "what I eat" videos. But I can talk about it more. Let me know if you have specific questions, otherwise I can just explain it a little more in future what I eat videos. 😊

      @showmemovegan Thanks so much for responding. I'd be interested to know what rig you're using. I found one online, but it would be helpful to find out which one you use and how you like it. Then, I'd like to know if you took lessons and how the learning curve is. From your videos, it looks like you're pretty strong and flexible. There's no rush, but I'd appreciate anything you would be willing to share. I'm considering getting this as a reward for meeting some goals I have, so it will be a while. 🙏😊❤️
      If it's not something for a dedicated video, a mention tagged onto another video would be great!

    • @showmemovegan
      @showmemovegan  Місяць тому

      Haha yes, I suppose there are different definitions aren't there! Like at McDonald's or other fast food places, we have hash browns made into patties usually fried in oil, which I don't eat anymore. Is that more like what you all have? Or we simply have shredded potatoes like these, which here are also traditionally cooked in oil or butter, but I just bake the potatoes without oil and love them!

    • @vanessafarber3043
      @vanessafarber3043 Місяць тому

      @@showmemovegan no we don't have any shredded potatoes here, not at mc ds either. Think they used to do a hash brown breakfast bun, don't think they do now. Our hash browns are like triangles, kinda shaped mash potatoes, then fried or grilled. Love watching you, shame we can't buy some of the ingredients. Thank you

    Hi, I'm now switching to plant based food. So you eat cooked and raw? Thats what I'm trying to do. Im following you, want to try some of your recipes too. I've tried a few green smoothies, yum, i struggle with not knowing what veg to buy as some i dont like, not even blended. I do eat lots of cooked veg with veggie gravy.
    Thank you for your videos

    • @showmemovegan
      @showmemovegan  Місяць тому

      Hi! Yes, I eat a combination of cooked and raw foods. It sounds like you're on the right track! I'd recommend keeping it simple. Don't worry about trying too many new things all at once if you're not sure about it. Just start with what you already know you like and if you want to add more diversity of vegetables start with trying one new vegetable every few weeks. Otherwise, focus on what you like and make it as simple as possible to keep with it. Thanks for watching and I hope that helps!

      I'm also struggling to drink 6 pints of water with measuring amount used in my smoothies. I will be looking at Dr Golders books, not sure which one to start with tbh. I live in uk, so there's some vegetables ect we can't get here. Thank you so much for your help and videos x

    • @showmemovegan
      @showmemovegan  Місяць тому

      @@vanessafarber3043 This is just my opinion, but I personally try not to stress too much about exactly how much water I'm drinking as long as I'm staying hydrated throughout the day, and many experts recommend closer to 64 ounces a day. Start where you can! If you're wanting to follow Dr. Goldner's protocol for disease reversal, you may want to work up to more, but if you're more interested in simply following a whole food plant-based diet, I would focus there. Whole plant foods will also give you lots of hydration. And with the vegetables, there's not just one or two vegetables that anyone must eat, so just get what you have access to. All plant foods have their own unique benefits. It sounds like you're off to a great start. Keep it up!

      This video does not demonstrate her protocols, I'm just showing my regular whole food plant-based diet here. But dates are allowed if you are doing the Hyper-nourishment protocol, and they are not allowed on the Goodbye Lupus protocol.

    Hi Wendy, me again, Sorry! I've been a bit poorly with my tummy, think I'm going to need to cut back a little, I was only drinking green smoothies, then a big salad for evening, my gut is throwing a tantrum. Can I ask if you eat rice and pasta please. I'm definately vegetarian, my stomach is not coping well with all raw, sigh.
    Can you please give me some suggestions please, I am planning on going vegan. Thank you so much xx

    • @showmemovegan
      @showmemovegan  Місяць тому +1

      Hi! Yes, I personally eat a combination of raw and cooked foods, and I do eat rice and pasta (whole grain or lentil/chickpea pasta). This is just my opinion and I'm not a doctor or dietician, but I personally believe that while raw foods are incredibly healing and can be great for people with severe chronic illnesses, for most people, a combination of cooked and raw whole plant foods is best. If you want to eat fully raw, you may need to work up to it, slowly adding a little more each day (literally just adding a tablespoon or two of the challenging foods every few days or weeks as tolerated). But some people tolerate certain vegetables better cooked, so you might start with more cooked vegetables and slowly add more raw as you desire. A great resource for gut health and how to slowly build your microbiome so you can include more healthy fiber in your diet is the book "Fiber Fueled" by Dr. Will Bulsiewicz. Keep up the good work! It's a process, but you can get there!

      @@vanessafarber3043 I personally try to go for breads made only with whole grains, no oil or sugar, and few other ingredients. Ezekiel is a great brand that uses sprouted whole grains, though it's quite pricey compared to the other highly processed stuff. I have a video from a long time ago where I talk about nutrition labels and it has a section about whole grain breads that might be helpful: ua-cam.com/video/oYTLa6YwbyA/v-deo.html
