Hi Wendy 🤗 It was fun seeing you doing morning yoga and going through your workday and also those head/handstands! Wow! Amazing 🤩 I eat pretty much the same foods you do except no smoothies and for salad dressing I just squeeze the juice out of half a lime(I freeze them and then thaw them out one at a time in the fridge. it makes them super juicy) I like the look of that chocolate cherry oatmeal! Yum!

Do you still follow Dr G protocol? I cant find more videos about it
I currently only have 2 videos about her protocols. I actually healed my ulcerative colitis with a whole food plant-based diet, which is what I normally eat. I only tried her protocols out for those videos. But I plan to do another raw vegan what I eat video soon following the protocol.

@@sunflower8599 I still eat basically the same as when I was healing. Switching from a standard american diet to a whole food plant-based diet with lots of whole grains, beans, vegetables, and fruit and eliminating all highly processed foods was enough for me. @@LAMacli I'm pretty basic when it comes to salad dressing. Most of the time I just put some balsamic vinegar over my salads. Or I also like a mix of balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, and mustard: ua-cam.com/video/j6JV3unvVxw/v-deo.html

You should avoid banana with smoothies.
Yeah, I've seen the recent study about that, but I still put bananas in my smoothies.
