I just want to share that I did the no contact rule. I waited for him to reach out. I prayed and followed God’s guidance. He reached out to meet and talk. We have been taking things slow but we are back together after just over 2 months of being broken up. There is hope if you are working and you are patient. Keep it up guys 🙏🏼💕.
I stayed strong for over 4 months and decided to break no contact for myself. I sat in my thoughts for awhile before I actually broke it. I got to say my peace and I’m glad I did. I’m ready to move on and find my own path of happiness. No contact isn’t for him anymore, it’s for me. The focus is no longer on him. Good luck everybody. I did the same thing the other day. I gave it two months and someone sent me a screenshot of her new dating profile. I realised I needed to let her go. I broke no contact and told her what I was hoping to say in person had she given me the chance. Nothing needy or clingy or begging. I just told her I understand why she ended things, I’ve been doing everything I can to fix myself, and if she has a change of heart then to contact me but I need to let this go now for my own well-being. I’m not hanging around any more while she’s dating other guys. Sometimes you just gotta accept that it’s over and move on for your own mental health. One of the hardest things I’ve ever done but I can’t justify waiting around any more hoping she gets in touch, I have to accept this is over.
Extremely difficult. It’s still on my mind 24/7. I even saw her out on Boxing Day. I asked if she would talk to me. She simply said “no”, so I said “just five minutes?”, and she replied “no. I’m going now. Byee!”. It’s absolutely heart-wrenching. I never did anything to warrant her treating me like this. She won’t even allow me any closure. All I feel every day from the moment I wake up to the moment I sleep is guilt and anxiety. And there is absolutely no way to fix it. It’s the worst feeling in the world. I can’t believe she won’t even allow me to talk to her, it’s horrible. It’s been 5 months now. I feel no different.
I broke no contact after a month or so because I noticed some signs of her missing me (subtle things on social media) & I finally moved into my new appartment. I thought it was a great idea to reach out with an indirect direct approach (something about a recipe of her), then had some small talk about she was doing and that I moved into my new apartment. I then ended the convo by inviting her over to my new place, but she replied with "I know you don't want to meet up as friends so I'm going to decline the invite, sorry". That kinda hurt but also made me realize that I really shouldn't have broken no contact. No contact helped so much! It lasted 3 weeks for me because my bf was the first one that reached out crying . He’s the one that left me and came back . I’m still working on myself though because I’m anxious. Been watching your videos since 2016 :) you helped a lot coach Kenneth.
I broke NC after 5 weeks and it went horribly. Take their advice and do not break it. I really wish I had found this channel before everything went down so I could have handled it all better
Coach Victoria is so spot on when she said to really be honest with yourself about how you will feel after breaking no contact. Trust me guys! I totally did tell myself that the Hail Mary text would alleviate my anxiety and that I won’t care no matter what happens after that, because at least I tried. Well, I was wrong. I was extremely confident I would at least hear back, and didn’t even consider what it would be like if I didn’t. Well, he left me on read and it’s been 4 days. do I feel better? No I feel way worse. Listen to their advice and remember that breaking no contact doesn’t usually help, and it often just hurts.

Same, did the "last text" with an email after 2 months of NC. She did called back and we talked on phone. She was very kind when she broke up with me so I thought "now should be better" but it was all the way around. She got mad because I reached out and she was rude this time, I think it was her way of trying to make me feel bad to make me stop reaching out. "I already told you, stop" she said several times.
Same here, I thought I wouldn’t care, but I did and it stinged a bit. It wasn’t necessarily a full on reach out but did try to add her back but she didn’t accept it nor decline it.
I broke NC after a week. This video is very helpful. After texting him, we texted back and forth and he called me. It was a good talk but we're both still emotional. There still is more room needed to heal. I will go back to NC because I want us to both feel peace and not be pressured. I will stick with it and do the inside work. Either I’ll hear from her or I won’t. I will not break no contact for someone who left. I KNOW where I went wrong in the relationship ship but I also see how much of this was just “she is young and wasn’t ready” nothing I can do to change that. Time will tell if she is my future, or a lesson for it.

We talked, I told her some of the things I became aware of and noticed where I was falling short in the relationship. She cried and told me how handsome I looked and how I was finally being the man she has needed the last six months. We dated a Little over a year and a half. It’s been a few weeks no contact now and I’ve excepted that it will likely stay that way. I told her I didn’t want to be friends and she was confused about that. Ultimately she said she felt she wasn’t being emotionally supported, the reality was she was so jealous and insecure about my job, nothing I could do would meet that insecure threshold.

Giving things the space they need and time to reflect is so teaching, and instead of it being him who has control, going no contact made it feel like my decision that there is no communication. I got super anxious and broke no contact after 3 weeks. The good thing is that I owed her money, so I used that excuse to reach out and test the waters. I reached in a casual-playfull way. I transfered her the money and she told me "Have a nice day, thanks". To be honest with you I regreat a little bit but I was smart in the way I handle it. Couple of days after that she liked my social media photos. I will remain in NC again and stay strong.
To those who are going through this, I've done it. I broke NC and insulted him but I apologized to him but he ignored me, I went to his work place after a few weeks of NC but I didn't talk to him. I felt horrible but I still remained NC. But hey 6 weeks after going on NC, he finally reached out to me, apologizing to me, asked me if he could come back into my life, even if I said no, he wants to be my friend. I had a moment of weakness. I was drunk and feeling sad and nostalgic. NC is very tough. I feel like I’m getting stronger. I really love my ex and we had a great 6 months.
I reached out to him after 7 months of silence. I just sent him an email wishing him a happy belated birthday and told him I still care even though we aren't speaking. To please let me know he's ok. ( I have my reasons) I got a response of "Thank You! in less than 24 hours! Fifteen to be exact. Now the waiting games begin again. But he's ok and that's all I wanted to know.
I reached out after 10 days unfortunately she was pretty pissed off. She said she still needed time and space. She’s so overwhelmed and anxiety driven with feelings for multiple guys. She argued with me and said that’s it good luck. I went back to no contact I think her emotions got the best of her let her message in 3 months when she can be back to normal. My hope. To be clear. I broke no contact after 11 months to apologize for something pretty bad I did to cause the split. But I also have no wants to get back with her. I just wanted to clear my own guilt and try and it was an effort for me to drop my ego and be a better person. I couldn’t care less about re attracting her. Even if she begged for me back I’d deny it to death. But I will say the apology didn’t mean shit to her. She didn’t care. She didn’t want to hear from me. But I actually feel better for doing it.
I broke no contact after 2 months. I sent a very casual how are you message, and then followed up just saying she can feel welcome to reach out in the future if she wants to hang out, and if we’re both available. I did that only because I know she’s super stubborn, and also fears rejection,. I just wanted to fully put the ball in her court and be done with it. Also she’s been in a rebound for 3 months which sucks (she left me for him actually, but we truly only had a FWB thing for 1.5 years, not exclusive), and I didn’t know the status of it as of late. I broke no contact after 2 months. We broke up the day after thanksgiving and he didn’t contact me at all over the holidays. He showed up in a few pictures of a guy I think he broke up with me for but denied it. Not sure if they are dating the pics are ambiguous. But after 60 days I texted him to see how he was he didn’t respond. I called once later in the day. He had me on block…few days later I texted just to make sure and I wasn’t on block…still hasn’t called or texted a week later.
My ex and I were in contact for the first month or so post breakup because I thought being in contact was better than not, but she became cold and distant over time so I decided to go no contact. Within 2 weeks, she reached out in regards to mail she mailed me and asked me if I got it, I just said I did and thank you. 3 days later, she did a more direct approach and asked me how everything was going, and we had a nice little conversation. She volunteered information about her life and what she's been up to, but I didn't try to ask a date to meet up or anything. It's been a little over 2 weeks since that conversation and she hasn't reached out since. I'm afraid if I don't reach out, she won't again. She is kinda of a person that doesn't like to be the first person to initiate texts first all the time, and I'm afraid that's what's happening now. I was in a similar situation. My advice: keep waiting until she reaches out to you. She reached out last time, didn't she? When she wants you back, she will find a way to be in touch with you. The other crucial point is that no contact is ultimately FOR YOU. You need to cut contact until (1) you are feeling like your best, most actualized self and (2) you are comfortable with any outcome with your ex. If you are needy or desperate, it will show, and it will repel her. Don't get back in touch with her until you can hear her say the words "I found someone new, and he's so perfect for me" and keep your calm. A relationship with her should be a bonus, not the source of your happiness. 2 weeks is undoubtedly too soon for you to be feeling this way.
@@otherwords1375 Understandable, it's kinda ironic you replied today because she reached out to me today and even tried to pull the "you never say hi to me anymore" card. So it was what I thought was happening, where she was waiting for me to reach out when I wouldn't, and it was getting to her. Just played it cool and what not, she opened up a conversation with me and started volunteering stuff about her life, asking about mine. And I understand no contact is designed to help me, and it has over time slowly. It's been a little over 2 months since the breakup, and just about a month since I went no contact. It's nice to see these signs early on, but it also spikes anxiety sometimes because I obviously am not over here and what not. But I am definitely not in the same boat I was even a month ago, so I am able to handle these conversations with her. Stay in no contact! Me and my ex broke up for outside factors, we were still madly in love with each other, crying and all sorts! But we couldn’t stay away from each other and kept talking for a month, eventually this made it easier for her to move on as she was slowly detaching where as I was still holding on hope, we’re now at the point where she couldn’t care less about talking to me! I was in nc for 3weeks. My ex reached out and then again yesterday. He was texting and yesterday was sying he eventually wanted to get his stuff and give me mine at "some point " and I decided to call and we had a four hour convo. No kind of NC talk was established when we broke up. In fact, I recall asking her where it leaves us (she left me after a 1.5 year relationship with no fights and also told me I did nothing wrong) she said "I don't know" and then kicked me out after telling me she was going to cry a lot and throw up when I left. It was a very confusing time. It's been about a month and I have reached out about 5 times but have been met with complete radio silence. As of two days ago after sending my last text, I removed all ways that I would be tempted to contact her, short of blocking her in the event she ever decides she wants to talk about what happened. I somewhat doubt it though.

Hi Coach, during the last days i said some horrible things to this person and i was needy to point i got blocked because i was hurt when she dumped me for the right reasons. I did not contact for 3 weeks and reached out later sending her one apology text without blaming her but taking accountability for my mistakes and that also led to the break-up. This apology was to let her know i value her happiness and i understand her reasons as well as wishing her well but still she has not replied. Take in mind this person works with me but different departments and she will call sometimes or email asking for help . but i am afraid to say anything because of the no contact rule rather wait for her to reach out.
I have moments of panic when I'm on my own when reality of my d3cusion sets in and I've broken no contact. Then once I've broken it i think 'what the heck' I'll keep texting and calling and feel even worse if they don't reply. So now I take a deep breath and leave it. I wait for them to make contact whilst living my best life.
Hi Coaches, I started no contact a week ago but stopped. We were going through a rough patch due to lost of close family members on both sides. We had a great relationship, just a lot of grief. I was also pregnant and mis carried so I had no choice but to reach out. My nerves, anxiety and pain lift me no choice. I do feel we both need time apart to heel, but a big part of me wants to reach out so that we can do it together. So I did, I have sent messages every few days. Keeping him in the know of my situation. But he has completely withdrawn and shut down. He has an avoidant attachment style, while I am super anxious. I know no contact is the best method at this time, but it’s hard as heck for me while mentally struggling through the list of our baby. I officially started it again on Wednesday 2 days ago. This sounds exactly like my situation. I lost a baby and he left me to deal with it alone. I understand what you’re feeling In that aspect. I’m so sorry but I promise it does get better. This happened to me in July and it was horrible for a while but it has gotten way easier.
In the span of 17 months i broke nc 2 times. At 4 months by "hail mary" message and at 16s months accidentally. And then she reached out to me a months later. We are still not together 🤦♂️😵. She still thinks i am trying to get back together with her. Which i am, but i never gave any signs of that. I hate that she automatically assumes that and still feels like a catch 17 months later.

My ex used to always block me after every small fight and then would unblock me . With time I started feeling anxious because of this and always used to go around the block and convince him to get back together . He always did usually after 2-3 days . He used to say mean things during fight and after resolving it , he said those things didn't mean anything so i believed him . This time also he blocked me after telling me he is breaking up with me , as usual i tried to get around the block and tried to convince him for 9 days after breakup but nothing worked . I already broke the 30 day no contact that was agreed on day 11... But it was to send an email with a document of good in-depth questions to think over and answer in our own time, so when we would open up communication, we had some stuff figured out. Some of these questions were about the relationship, parts we need to take accountability for etc. I dont know how much this would have mucked up the system/progress of no contact. I was just really wanting to also personally work on those questions and didnt want to give them those questions on the day 30th and then wait for them to be filled out. How much have I mucked this up? There wasn't a reply so I think they're still keeping on their end of the bargain

We broke up about 5 months ago, and we last spoke a month ago, when he came over to say goodbye (he was going away for a year). Yesterday, I broke NC. I sent him a text message, telling him about a book I read which had reminded me of him, and that I thought he'd like it. I bumped into my ex in a shop it had been 5 months since break up. We talked and then she said if I wanted to continue shopping with her, so we were driving in her car shopping for 2 hrs. She told me lots of what she's done She told me she's had a mental breakdown in July and has anxiety attacks at least once a day she's on antidepressants and her pcos (pollysistic overies syndrome) has gotten worse then ever. Just before we parted I said it was nice seeing her and she said she really enjoyed seeing me and catching up, so I said we should do it again sometime maybe get a coffee and she said it be too awkward which I didn't understand since she literally invited me to go driving and shopping with her. So I said sure just give me a text later and she said she doesn't know so I said it's just a text if you want to the option is there and she siad OK. Then 1hr later she blocks me on everything again. I'm confused she looked like she enjoyed the time with me I don't know if I pushed to hard or if its her feeling something for me again, but what are my chances of her wanting to get back with me if her head is in a bad place, it annoys me because non of her friends or family are helping her or seem to understand or care that she's not in a good place she acts completely different like crazy and living on the edge and no regrets mind set which her friends know isn't her. She also told me she hates her life even tho she went abroad twice this year with friends and went out and to places with friends. I don't know if I messed it up by talking to her that day.
Yeah, you messed up. You showed too much weakness by acting like her gay best friend and shopping with her all day. She knows she can have you whenever she wants even after dumping you. You begged to be in her life and you’re trying to fix her problems. She sees you haven’t changed since the break up
I can't say that you messed up, I think she's just in a really bad place. Maybe she realized that seeing you made her feel something and didn't like it. Or maybe she is self sabotaging. Nothing wrong with wanting to take care of someone you love. But you sound like you are in a better place mentally. So I do think that you have to think about yourself first. Because if she blocks you for no reason it says a lot about what you can have with her right now, which is, imo, nothing healthy. Let her be, she has to do the work too to meet you where you are. Don't react and keep doing the work for yourself.
I told myself that i will contact my ex after i felt that i moved on. About a month after we broke up i contacted her. She replied but she was still blaming me for what happened and told me she doesn’t want to be back together. I thought it wouldnt hurt anymore but i was wrong. The wound has not fully healed and now its bleeding again. I regret breaking no contact
This my experience. I had a special person very caring and affectionate however i couldn’t give her 💯 commitment though i still showed her boyfriend energy. In the end she ended our connection with each other. For a month daily i would reach out to establish the broken connection but all i get is cold responses/shoulder towards me. My avoidant ex (who was abandoned by his mom at age 10) and I dated for an intense 3 months. I was head over heels until the avoidant side came out and he pushed me away. Of course, once the avoidance started, I tried to draw him closer by being clingy and needy and he eventually broke up with me on July 15th. Ive realized now all the things I did wrong. I’ve been in No Contact since August 2nd. His last text was “please leave me alone and stop texting me” so I have. He basically forced me into no contact. We see each other nearly every day and he won’t even look at me. I haven’t heard a word from him. Is it normal to be still completely ignored and avoided after 2 months? I’m losing hope 😔
Hey! I’m sorry you’re going through that, it sounds like he needs to process things, it clearly hurts him to hear from you/look at you so to recover and move on he needs to ‘block’ you out. Out of sight out of mind kinda thing. The reason I think this is because I had strong feelings for someone who couldn’t meet my needs and I had to tell them to stop contacting me, and I avoided them at all costs, it was a way for me to heal, process and focus on myself without that communication and connection. His reaction sounds like he feels strongly about you, otherwise he wouldn’t have had such a reaction to you. Give him what he needs, time and space. I hope it all goes ok and you can heal whatever the outcome :)

Be calm and fun, and try to schedule a casual date, nothing serious like dinner in expensive restaurant. If she refuses or have doubts then politely say it's ok for you and go to no contact again

I broke no contact today after not sure how long. I say not sure because we broke up whilst still living together, he moved out for a week, I left after that and that was two weeks ago. But we we're having break up arguments for about a month before he moved out so, not sure exactly how long we've actually been broken up for proper. We now live in diff states and neither wants to live in the other state so I don't see how we could ever get back together if only for that reason
I just want to share that I did the no contact rule. I waited for him to reach out. I prayed and followed God’s guidance. He reached out to meet and talk. We have been taking things slow but we are back together after just over 2 months of being broken up. There is hope if you are working and you are patient. Keep it up guys 🙏🏼💕.

I sat in my thoughts for awhile before I actually broke it. I got to say my peace and I’m glad I did. I’m ready to move on and find my own path of happiness. No contact isn’t for him anymore, it’s for me. The focus is no longer on him. Good luck everybody. Not all us get our ex back, but if you did, I wish you a happy and healthy long term relationship.

I did the same thing the other day. I gave it two months and someone sent me a screenshot of her new dating profile. I realised I needed to let her go. I broke no contact and told her what I was hoping to say in person had she given me the chance. Nothing needy or clingy or begging. I just told her I understand why she ended things, I’ve been doing everything I can to fix myself, and if she has a change of heart then to contact me but I need to let this go now for my own well-being. I’m not hanging around any more while she’s dating other guys. Sometimes you just gotta accept that it’s over and move on for your own mental health. One of the hardest things I’ve ever done but I can’t justify waiting around any more hoping she gets in touch, I have to accept this is over.

Extremely difficult. It’s still on my mind 24/7. I even saw her out on Boxing Day. I asked if she would talk to me. She simply said “no”, so I said “just five minutes?”, and she replied “no. I’m going now. Byee!”. It’s absolutely heart-wrenching. I never did anything to warrant her treating me like this. She won’t even allow me any closure. All I feel every day from the moment I wake up to the moment I sleep is guilt and anxiety. And there is absolutely no way to fix it. It’s the worst feeling in the world. I broke no contact after a month or so because I noticed some signs of her missing me (subtle things on social media) & I finally moved into my new appartment. I thought it was a great idea to reach out with an indirect direct approach (something about a recipe of her), then had some small talk about she was doing and that I moved into my new apartment. I then ended the convo by inviting her over to my new place, but she replied with "I know you don't want to meet up as friends so I'm going to decline the invite, sorry". That kinda hurt but also made me realize that I really shouldn't have broken no contact. Coach Victoria is so spot on when she said to really be honest with yourself about how you will feel after breaking no contact. Trust me guys! I totally did tell myself that the Hail Mary text would alleviate my anxiety and that I won’t care no matter what happens after that, because at least I tried. Well, I was wrong. I was extremely confident I would at least hear back, and didn’t even consider what it would be like if I didn’t. Well, he left me on read and it’s been 4 days. do I feel better? No I feel way worse. Listen to their advice and remember that breaking no contact doesn’t usually help, and it often just hurts.

Same, did the "last text" with an email after 2 months of NC. She did called back and we talked on phone. She was very kind when she broke up with me so I thought "now should be better" but it was all the way around. She got mad because I reached out and she was rude this time, I think it was her way of trying to make me feel bad to make me stop reaching out. "I already told you, stop" she said several times.
Same here, I thought I wouldn’t care, but I did and it stinged a bit. It wasn’t necessarily a full on reach out but did try to add her back but she didn’t accept it nor decline it.
I broke NC after a week. This video is very helpful. After texting him, we texted back and forth and he called me. It was a good talk but we're both still emotional. We talked, I told her some of the things I became aware of and noticed where I was falling short in the relationship. She cried and told me how handsome I looked and how I was finally being the man she has needed the last six months. We dated a Little over a year and a half.
It’s been a few weeks no contact now and I’ve excepted that it will likely stay that way. I told her I didn’t want to be friends and she was confused about that. Ultimately she said she felt she wasn’t being emotionally supported, the reality was she was so jealous and insecure about my job, nothing I could do would meet that insecure threshold.

I got super anxious and broke no contact after 3 weeks. The good thing is that I owed her money, so I used that excuse to reach out and test the waters. I reached in a casual-playfull way. I transfered her the money and she told me "Have a nice day, thanks". To be honest with you I regreat a little bit but I was smart in the way I handle it. Couple of days after that she liked my social media photos. I will remain in NC again and stay strong.

To be clear. I broke no contact after 11 months to apologize for something pretty bad I did to cause the split. But I also have no wants to get back with her. I just wanted to clear my own guilt and try and it was an effort for me to drop my ego and be a better person. I couldn’t care less about re attracting her. Even if she begged for me back I’d deny it to death. But I will say the apology didn’t mean shit to her. She didn’t care. She didn’t want to hear from me. But I actually feel better for doing it.

I sent a very casual how are you message, and then followed up just saying she can feel welcome to reach out in the future if she wants to hang out, and if we’re both available. I did that only because I know she’s super stubborn, and also fears rejection,. I just wanted to fully put the ball in her court and be done with it. Also she’s been in a rebound for 3 months which sucks (she left me for him actually, but we truly only had a FWB thing for 1.5 years, not exclusive), and I didn’t know the status of it as of late. Yes, I guess you could say that was not the best move, but I don’t feel too compromised. At some point, you don’t want to play mind games or assume the other person wants to destroy you. I broke no contact after 2 months. We broke up the day after thanksgiving and he didn’t contact me at all over the holidays. He showed up in a few pictures of a guy I think he broke up with me for but denied it. Not sure if they are dating the pics are ambiguous. But after 60 days I texted him to see how he was he didn’t respond. I called once later in the day. He had me on block…few days later I texted just to make sure and I wasn’t on block…still hasn’t called or texted a week later.

I was in a similar situation. My advice: keep waiting until she reaches out to you. She reached out last time, didn't she? When she wants you back, she will find a way to be in touch with you.
The other crucial point is that no contact is ultimately FOR YOU. You need to cut contact until (1) you are feeling like your best, most actualized self and (2) you are comfortable with any outcome with your ex. If you are needy or desperate, it will show, and it will repel her. Don't get back in touch with her until you can hear her say the words "I found someone new, and he's so perfect for me" and keep your calm. A relationship with her should be a bonus, not the source of your happiness. 2 weeks is undoubtedly too soon for you to be feeling this way.
@@otherwords1375 Understandable, it's kinda ironic you replied today because she reached out to me today and even tried to pull the "you never say hi to me anymore" card. So it was what I thought was happening, where she was waiting for me to reach out when I wouldn't, and it was getting to her. In fact, I recall asking her where it leaves us (she left me after a 1.5 year relationship with no fights and also told me I did nothing wrong) she said "I don't know" and then kicked me out after telling me she was going to cry a lot and throw up when I left. It was a very confusing time. It's been about a month and I have reached out about 5 times but have been met with complete radio silence. Hi Coach, during the last days i said some horrible things to this person and i was needy to point i got blocked because i was hurt when she dumped me for the right reasons. I did not contact for 3 weeks and reached out later sending her one apology text without blaming her but taking accountability for my mistakes and that also led to the break-up. This apology was to let her know i value her happiness and i understand her reasons as well as wishing her well but still she has not replied. Take in mind this person works with me but different departments and she will call sometimes or email asking for help . but i am afraid to say anything because of the no contact rule rather wait for her to reach out.
I have moments of panic when I'm on my own when reality of my d3cusion sets in and I've broken no contact. Hi Coaches, I started no contact a week ago but stopped. We were going through a rough patch due to lost of close family members on both sides. We had a great relationship, just a lot of grief. I was also pregnant and mis carried so I had no choice but to reach out. My nerves, anxiety and pain lift me no choice. I do feel we both need time apart to heel, but a big part of me wants to reach out so that we can do it together. So I did, I have sent messages every few days. Keeping him in the know of my situation. But he has completely withdrawn and shut down. He has an avoidant attachment style, while I am super anxious. I know no contact is the best method at this time, but it’s hard as heck for me while mentally struggling through the list of our baby. I officially started it again on Wednesday 2 days ago. This sounds exactly like my situation. I lost a baby and he left me to deal with it alone. I understand what you’re feeling In that aspect. I’m so sorry but I promise it does get better. This happened to me in July and it was horrible for a while but it has gotten way easier.
In the span of 17 months i broke nc 2 times. At 4 months by "hail mary" message and at 16s months accidentally. And then she reached out to me a months later. We are still not together 🤦♂️😵. She still thinks i am trying to get back together with her. Which i am, but i never gave any signs of that. I hate that she automatically assumes that and still feels like a catch 17 months later.

My ex used to always block me after every small fight and then would unblock me . With time I started feeling anxious because of this and always used to go around the block and convince him to get back together . He always did usually after 2-3 days . He used to say mean things during fight and after resolving it , he said those things didn't mean anything so i believed him .
This time also he blocked me after telling me he is breaking up with me , as usual i tried to get around the block and tried to convince him for 9 days after breakup but nothing worked . Now I am in NC for 23 days and I really don't know if he will come back or not .

I already broke the 30 day no contact that was agreed on day 11... But it was to send an email with a document of good in-depth questions to think over and answer in our own time, so when we would open up communication, we had some stuff figured out. Some of these questions were about the relationship, parts we need to take accountability for etc. I dont know how much this would have mucked up the system/progress of no contact. I was just really wanting to also personally work on those questions and didnt want to give them those questions on the day 30th and then wait for them to be filled out.

I'm confused she looked like she enjoyed the time with me I don't know if I pushed to hard or if its her feeling something for me again, but what are my chances of her wanting to get back with me if her head is in a bad place, it annoys me because non of her friends or family are helping her or seem to understand or care that she's not in a good place she acts completely different like crazy and living on the edge and no regrets mind set which her friends know isn't her. She also told me she hates her life even tho she went abroad twice this year with friends and went out and to places with friends. I don't know if I messed it up by talking to her that day.
Yeah, you messed up. You showed too much weakness by acting like her gay best friend and shopping with her all day. She knows she can have you whenever she wants even after dumping you. You begged to be in her life and you’re trying to fix her problems. She sees you haven’t changed since the break up
I can't say that you messed up, I think she's just in a really bad place. Maybe she realized that seeing you made her feel something and didn't like it. Or maybe she is self sabotaging. Nothing wrong with wanting to take care of someone you love. But you sound like you are in a better place mentally. So I do think that you have to think about yourself first. Because if she blocks you for no reason it says a lot about what you can have with her right now, which is, imo, nothing healthy. Let her be, she has to do the work too to meet you where you are. Don't react and keep doing the work for yourself.

This my experience. I had a special person very caring and affectionate however i couldn’t give her 💯 commitment though i still showed her boyfriend energy. In the end she ended our connection with each other. For a month daily i would reach out to establish the broken connection but all i get is cold responses/shoulder towards me. My avoidant ex (who was abandoned by his mom at age 10) and I dated for an intense 3 months. I was head over heels until the avoidant side came out and he pushed me away. Of course, once the avoidance started, I tried to draw him closer by being clingy and needy and he eventually broke up with me on July 15th. Ive realized now all the things I did wrong. I’ve been in No Contact since August 2nd. His last text was “please leave me alone and stop texting me” so I have. He basically forced me into no contact. We see each other nearly every day and he won’t even look at me. I haven’t heard a word from him. Is it normal to be still completely ignored and avoided after 2 months? I’m losing hope 😔
Hey! I’m sorry you’re going through that, it sounds like he needs to process things, it clearly hurts him to hear from you/look at you so to recover and move on he needs to ‘block’ you out. Out of sight out of mind kinda thing. The reason I think this is because I had strong feelings for someone who couldn’t meet my needs and I had to tell them to stop contacting me, and I avoided them at all costs, it was a way for me to heal, process and focus on myself without that communication and connection. His reaction sounds like he feels strongly about you, otherwise he wouldn’t have had such a reaction to you. Give him what he needs, time and space. I hope it all goes ok and you can heal whatever the outcome :)

Be calm and fun, and try to schedule a casual date, nothing serious like dinner in expensive restaurant. If she refuses or have doubts then politely say it's ok for you and go to no contact again

I broke no contact today after not sure how long. I say not sure because we broke up whilst still living together, he moved out for a week, I left after that and that was two weeks ago. But we we're having break up arguments for about a month before he moved out so, not sure exactly how long we've actually been broken up for proper.
We now live in diff states and neither wants to live in the other state so I don't see how we could ever get back together if only for that reason
