It doesn't indicate anything suicidal, and plenty of people write notes like that without suicidal intent.
Faking a suicide note when someone dies an accidental death would draw extra suspicion to the person who made the note if it becomes apparent it's fake.
I feel like it was her boyfriend trying to talk her down, or perhaps she is crazy and is trying to ruin the man's reputation, so he was trying to video her to show he wasn't to blame. Also, the CCP is lying about not knowing the identity, as Chinese facial recognition software is the most comprehensive in the world. There's no way it didn't get a match with 480p quality. Lastly, while I'm not totally experienced with it, China's Tiktok (Douyin) is not the same as ours, promoting more actual learning, and propaganda. Less "entertainment". I can't say that that hasn't changed, and they do have dance challenges and the like now, but I also know the CCP still limits the amount you can be using it for, so your only choices are books, boredom, or working.
I would like to mention that in China it's extremely hard to get a divorce now because once you go to court to file for divorce you have to wait 30 days and go back again to say that yes you are sure that you want a divorce and that can only happen if both parties agree to do it. Many people don't want to get married anymore because of this especially because in China domestic violence is accepted and normalized. It surely stops lots of women trying to escape from their abusers.
Unfortunately some states have laws like this too… I know in North Carolina you have to be separated & wait a whole year before you can file for divorce

They talk about it as if they knew those people personally and know every detail and relationship in their lives.
