In December of 2017, a 10 year old girl named Piper would start a UA-cam channel known as “Piper Rocks” which she would use to showcase her video editing skills. However, the edits within this channel were bizarre and highly disturbing, causing many to wonder who this child might be. Leading to one of the darkest rabbit holes we’ve ever explored.

Can't say the words "killed" or "raped" on a true crime or educational adult channel without being demonetized. But videos depicting little girls in short skirts and suggestive poses and supposed 10 year old girls being hit on in the comments by 40 year old pedophiles? Do you think one should exist over the other, or do you want both to not exist? The latter makes more sense, especially if the reporting system of illegal or legally dubious content would actually work.

I've seen the most random shit marked as "for kids", and I'm not even talking about inappropriate things, just stuff that no one would think of as appealing to children. UA-cam obviously isn't the best place to discuss rougher topics, but it's easy to reach people in similar situations on videos that discuss certain topics, like mental health issues for example. Some of the censored words make no sense.

If your kid is OUTSIDE, there's no law against recording them. No expectation of privacy. If he couldn't get parents' permission, he could've gone to any playground or used telephoto lenses for clips of kids playing. It wouldn't be hard.
But yeah. I wouldn't be giving permission for something like that, if somebody asked for it. Lots of parents would. Ever heard of a "stage mother?" Remember the Jon Benet Ramsay story? Often, it's the parents who over-expose and/or sexualize their children for money or profit.
In ancient times, it was believed that you should not put your children on display or praise them in front of others, because it made the gods jealous. I imagine this belief has some basis in truth, because parents who do that are drawing EVERYone's attention to their child or children, and some forms of attention are very, very bad for the kids.

Here's an idea, give us examples of these videos or channels you feel should be taken down that you have reported, then other people can do the same which would make it more of a priority.
Literally everything about this is scary. The clips are disturbing and sickening, the music is unsettling, William and his creepy voice are scary, the mystery of this rabbit hole is frightening, and Nick’s editing is just the cherry on top. Imo this is the scariest Nick Crowley video by far.

Thank you for making this content. What's so disturbing to me, is how many parents take the web so lightly. I worked with a guys who's then 6 year old son, had full access to everything. I warned him, but he said simply, "come on, I don't want to be 'that parent'".
I'm proud to be 'that parent'. It's still fresh in my mind, over a decade ago, having my daughter in the buggy at Walmart. She was only 7 months old, and some letch was drooling over her as we walked by. Proclaiming how beautiful she was. At first I thought he was complimenting me on my child, but the lust in his eyes, and the fact that when I addressed him, he wouldn't break eye contact with my baby, ignited a rage in my core that has never gone out. Parents think nothing will ever happen... until it does. Never, ever, take things for granted.

That’s why people are rioting these days and demanding a defund for the police. They have all this money, yet do nothing to improve the online grooming, predators, and human trafficking problems. If you read the fine print in the 'Agreement' to download most apps now, they can legally use anything you post. Years ago, my AT&T app on my phone reverted back to download this app, because that the rules had changed. I took the time to read them and discovered that anything you texted or said on that app could be used by them, including any ideas that you outlined. LITERALLY, your thoughts!!! I never downloaded it again. And I read ll of the the security agreements as bad as I hate to. I also go thru the apps that the phone won't work without and do not give them permission for anything other than what they are designed to do. I disable or remove the rest.
