I watched through the first one and I was like great, I'm gonna try it but I'll use almonds instead, then the second one was the exact same thing with almonds😂😂😂😂
Just baked and ate the cookies. By far the best healthiest easiest cookie i ever made. No sugar or flour whatsoever needed. I made cookies using peanut butter, almond butter, cranberry and carob. I enjoyed it, thanks for the recipe!
I just cooked this!! It's really delicious. Personally, I don't really like sweet desserts so it was really good for me. After baking this, I'm going to look for more recipes for Healthy cookie 🍪 Thank u for sharing ur recipes!!!
Just tried the recipe today and it turned out great! I used the banana/oatmeal base and I made some with cacao powder+ peanut butter+protein powder and others with walnuts+raisins+cinnamon+honey. :)
I am trying to eat foods with better ingredients. This is great! I added things to give it a better taste, like: Brown Sugar Cinnamon Nutmeg Vanilla Extract berries Maybe even Dark chocolate!
@@gloryfromstars You mean because it has some trace minerals? Well, those are unfortunately negligible, even if you'd eat a hundred grams of brown sugar (i.e. unhealthy amounts) 😐 There are meany healthy options with substantially more minerals. As a rule of thumb, won't make any meal healthier. And there are no essential nutrients in sugar either - or carbs as a whole. Will it make the food tasier? Probably. Should it ideally be cut out completely? Absolutely. The only good use I could think of regarding the use of sugar would be in sports for a final burst of energy, since it gets quicker in your bloodstream. Though in the end, that is what causes the blood sugar spikes. And when those are caused frequently, especially when not engaging in exercise, it why sugary foods can cause insuline resistance and ultimately diabetes.
I would recommend date sugar for those who are having trouble letting go of sugar or reducing the amount they use. White and brown are artificial sugars & aren't healthy in any way. Unfortunately, it's the sugar that is predominately used by food/beverage companies which is a reason so many people have diabetes. Artificial/bleached sugar & high fructose corn syrup are dangerous.
I just pulled my out of the oven. They r great. And they r very sweet from all the natural sugar in the banana. Added bonus, they make awsome dog treats of u keep chocolate out of the mix.
Great video! I was searching for a recipe like this. Will these cookies remain fresh for a week if I store them in an air tight container in a refrigerator?
gonna try something extreme; I'll try to make a slightly bigger round one, press a decent size pit in the middle (while being careful not to let the bottom end up too thin of course) inside which I'll add a pile of frozen blueberries and raspberries :) I've always enjoyed these after short cooling down with cold greek yoghurt on top. Sometimes I mix lil honey in the yoghurt too
TheSeriousfitness This is a great quick recipe for cookies with only 4 grams of sugar and great tasting. Awesome work.Thank you for sharing. I still can't figure out why would anyone have anything to say about whether it is 3 different ways or flavors or anything else. You didn't charge for this idea.Shared it for free but I guess you'l always have someone say something about it when you have an incredible 734,312 views. 🤔 Thank you once again
@@mcrainbowoeslak1603 if I made you a salad and called it a new salad after adding only tomato... is it a new recipe ?... or does the old recipe have the ability to have things added to the salad ?...
TheSeriousfitness i just tried them with some almonds, cashews, and peanuts. and some others with dark chocolate chips. they taste amazing very delicious and super easy to make. can you do a video on healthy icecream recipes?
I have made these and like them, but no matter how long I cook them I can't get them to crisp up at all. I really like how healthy and simple this recipe is.
These came out a weird consistency. I used 1 cup of oats but saw on the website it said 1 cup & 1/2? I also added some honey/maple for sweetness but the consistency of these were wet, and a bit to gooey and jelly like, even after being baked. I wonder if the extra oats would soak up that moisture a bit more.
This is a stupid question but is there a strong banana taste off these cookies? I’m really not a fan of banana but I don’t know what else to substitute it with other than applesauce.
Thank You UA-cam for making my Life Good! and Thank You Healthy Oatmeal Cookies 3 Different Ways. Healthy & Fun & Delicious, plus so quick & easy! S m a r t & W o n d e r f u l!! Love
I think peanut butter is a little bit high in calory. But why the PB is the lowest calory above others? I read the nutrition fact in my oatmeals pack, 4tbsp= 125cal. 1cup is more than 4tbsp i guess how could 1cup is lower than 4tbsp :(
1. Mash 2 bananas
2. Mix with 1 cup of oats,
3. 1/3 of either nuts, coconut, peanut butter, etc.
4. Put of parchment paper,
5. Bake 15 mins, 350f
I suggest to add vanilla extract and cinnamon and maybe one tbs of coconut oil
Yeah... but the title says "healthy"
I like how they did the EXACT same thing each time but just changed 1 ingreadient in each haha
The 2nd one is better because it have higher protein.
😂
Exactly
I watched through the first one and I was like great, I'm gonna try it but I'll use almonds instead, then the second one was the exact same thing with almonds😂😂😂😂
It says in the title "3 different ways" actually it's just all the same ways, maybe what ur tryinh to say is "3 different flavors".
yes that's right
No different flavours just nuts r different other r same ingredients
They all look the same
different nuts, different flavors

Absolutely my favorite, I usually do it the healthy way using banana, cup oats, cinnamon, and raisins.
Just tried the recipe today and it turned out great! I used the banana/oatmeal base and I made some with cacao powder+ peanut butter+protein powder and others with walnuts+raisins+cinnamon+honey. :)
1/2 oats (1/4 blended, 1/4 normal)
1/2 applesauce (add until desired consistency)
2 tbsp peanut butter
cinnamon on top
15 min at 350

If you're trying to eat food with better ingredients, you should _not_ start by adding Brown Sugar :P
LinkEX well not trying to be rude but some brown sugar can be good and I believe it’s light brown sugar 🤪❤️

So it’s basically banana, oats and whatever u want 😂😂😂 they’re practically all the same🤣😅
Thank you so much for this recipe I love them
The calories are for each cookies or all of them?
Has to be for each cookie, just in the bananas alone there’s more than 100cals
These should be called "the same banana and oats recipe with one other ingredient"
If it has different ingredients then it’s not the same recipe technically, right?
