I made the midnight cookies with some alterations. For the sesame seeds I made a paste in the bullet. Instead of coconut oil I used olive oil. For the apple sauce I use one apple with skin in the food processor. And for the honey I used brown sugar. They were super delicious! I loved all 3 of them. Thanks for sharing.
I've had digestive issues, too. One easy cookie recipe that doesn't tastes like it's fake is the following: 1 1/4 Cups - almond flour 1/3 cup - cornstarch or arrowroot powder (I use cornstarch) 2 teaspoons - baking powder 1/4 teaspoon - salt 1 1/2 tablespoons - melted butter (vegan butter works as well) 2 teaspoons - vanilla or almond extract (I like using the almond for cookies and the vanilla for making crust) 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons - maple syrup (or 1/2 cup of sugar) 1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees and prepare either 9-inch pie pan or baking sheet for being non-stick (i.e. spray pan with non-stick spray of choice and line sheet with non-stick cover of choice if not already a non-stick pan). 2. Pour flour, cornstarch/arrowroot, baking powder, salt into a bowl. Mix all together until well incorporated. If using granulated sugar, you would incorporate it in this step. If adding other spices like cinnamon, ginger, etc., you'd add it here, too. 3. Add melted butter, then mix. Add extract, then mix. Add syrup, then mix. Batter should start to bead, crumble, and hold together when pinched once everything is mixed. If you used sugar instead of syrup, you will need to add about a tablespoon or so of water to start to have the batter crumble. 4. Spoon about a tablespoon of batter into your hand and ball up and place on baking sheet. Press down slightly, but know that the cookies may spread a bit when baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool until firm (about 10-15 minutes). Enjoy! This is super versatile. I use this as the base for chocolate cookies, oatmeal cookies, whatever! Hope you start getting better. 😊
Cook drain and Rinse your pasta before adding other ingredients. Drain Rinse ground beef before adding other ingredients . Only cook with salt before rinsing

I have now made all 3 recipes and I LOVE THEM! I don’t use honey, I substitute liquid stevia and coconut sugar. I often run to the kitchen in the late evenings to mix up the last one for a healthy bedtime snack which I have with homemade Ginger tea! Thank you for these recipes!
@Aly Is stevia safe? I have had severe acne problem which is now less severe after taking treatment for rosaceae. I used stevia for 2/3 days then got some acne and got afraid. Then I looked up in the internet and found some side effect of stevia. So now I am unsure whether to finish the rest of the stevia I have or not.
@@jahinrahman2631 Some people are more sensitive than others. I've never had a problem but a friend of mine can't use it at all. It's not an allergy but quite similar. Just skip it if it doesn't agree with you!
When you said "cardamom", I was all over it. I always put cardamom in my oatmeal cookies --and most people I know don't know what it is or does. It has to be my most favorite "uncommon" spice. It's great in cabbage and pickles, too!
So good! I love cardamom! I add whole cardamom to my rice when I cook it to give it this special smell. Then remove right before eating because whole they do taste pretty soapy.
I love it, too! Have you ever tried cardamom extract, too? It can can really punch up some of the creamy textured dishes, both sweet and savory, it is really versatile!
