Oats same as grains, pulses quinoa and nuts contain Phytic acid which will prevent nutrients absorption .thus it's important we soak them overnight and throw the liquid. Too much of it leads to leaky gut syndrome a serious condition.Google

Awesome idea. To summarize, instead of cooking the oats, soak them overnight in a yogurt thinned with almond or other milk and a selection of fruits & spices. Make sure to base your selections not only on taste but also texture. Nuts and seeds will hold up their crunch while fruits may release juices and break down a bit thus adding some flavor to the yogurt. Before storing in fridge for the night add whichever sweeteners you desire, maple syrup, honey, various sugars, etc. or bananas if you want to go sugar free. Following these generic instructions, you can explore and make your versions based on what is cost effective and in season.

What a fantastic twist on the classic oatmeal! The idea of soaking oats overnight in yogurt thinned with almond milk, along with a mix of fruits and spices, sounds like a delightful breakfast option. I love the emphasis on texture and the consideration of how different ingredients will contribute to the overall experience.
Your suggestion of personalizing the sweeteners, be it maple syrup, honey, various sugars, or even sugar-free options like bananas, adds another layer of versatility to the recipe. It's great to have such a flexible and customizable approach.
Speaking of the benefits of diet, I've personally experienced a couple of positive aspects of the keto lifestyle that have made a notable difference in my health. Firstly, the sustained energy levels throughout the day are remarkable - no more mid-afternoon crashes. Secondly, the improved mental clarity and focus have been game-changers. These aspects, combined with diverse and inventive recipes, make the keto diet a compelling choice. Thanks for sharing this creative oatmeal idea and contributing to a healthier approach to eating! 🥣🌰🍌🌮🥪🌭🍕🍟

Saw this idea on another video channel but the measurements were all in cups. Thank goodness I’ve found your channel as it’s in grams as well. None of our friends, that I’ve asked here in England had any idea about cups. One asked, “Is that a coffee cup, a teacup or some larger cup?” At least I won’t waste anymore of my time converting cups to grams so you’ve got a new subscriber. 👍

I have turned my rolled oats into oats flour .. I cook the oats flour with milk and cocoa powder (sometimes a bit of coffee as well) ,which turns into custard-like consistency in just few mins . Once cooked, I add a bit of honey and nuts to keep it healthy.refrigerate it for 2-3 hours . Tastes amazing
I guess next time I will try adding desiccated coconut to it or cardamom powder to the porridge
