I use coconut flour instead. I use mashed ripe bananas instead of sugar. I don't want any added refined sugar. Everything else is the same. Perfect!
How much mashed bananas did you use? I want to make this for my baby, so no sugar as well.
Can i sub plantains for bananas
If you use about 3 bananas and about 3 T. ground flax seeds you won't need eggs. I remake just about every recipe. I'm in Nepal so I can't always find the right ingredients.
Coconut flour, banana, refined sugar and plantain, all contain carbohydrates. All carbs turn to sugars before absorption takes place in the alimentary canal...body system.
@@dupelawal-ijaiya4020 yes, but refined sugar is not same as a banana for the body...
Just made these with 1 tsp. cinnamon, and 1/8 tsp. nutmeg. Also added 1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax; 3-4 tbsp water), and chopped pecans and raisins. So yummy. Best cookies I've made in a long long time... maybe ever. Mmmmmm.
Flax so healthy maybe too healthy ?? Naw!
Thanks. I was thinking of adding the same thing. Can't wait to try 😊😋
@@jonathanmetalski2991 what is wrong with that?
sounds yummy too
Great subs! Were they to replace the coconut oil?
The recipe I’ve been searching for! Thank you so much for sharing your work🙏 just made these with my son, took us less than an hour and came out delicious!!!
I made these in a toaster oven instead of an oven (no temperature control), and they still came out perfect! Thank you for sharing this beautiful recipe ❤️
So healthy and delicious!
The best oatmeal cookies I've ever made. Thank you! ❤️
Just made these and replaced the sugar with jaggery powered that is very easily available here in India and used melted butter instead. They were so yummy and crispy.
Thank you for this recipe.
These cookies look absolutely scrumptious 👍
I've just finished baking these, so easy to make! I added 1tsp cinnamon powder, 1tblsp sunflower/pumpkin seed mix, 1tblsp shredded coconut and a handful of raisins to the mixture. Sooo yummy! 😋
Raisins are the bomb in oatmeal cookies!
shredded coconut is genius
One of the more healthy oatmeal cookie recipes on UA-cam. Most others add sticks of butter and twice the amount of sugar...thumbs up.
amazing recipe, my best cookies so far

Do you ground the oatmeal to obtain oats flour or yoy just buy oat flour? Thanks for replying.

It seems like she was showing that she grinds it herself.

Thanks a ton for this recipe. The perfect cookie recipe for the morning coffee.
I even added dried cranberries and nuts. They turned out super delicious and tasted healthy too. Thank you so much!!
My favorite cookies to make! Even with half the sugar called for. I add a few semi-sweet chocolate morsels to each cookie. Don't miss licking the batter bowl, just try to save some batter for baking. Thank you for this recipe! ❤

Don’t u keep it in the kitchen?
Y not
I made these cookies for my grandma today and she loved them! Thanks a lot for the recipe
About time someone baked cookies for Grandma ❣️
Thanks for sharing, definitely gonna try it.
One of the best cookies I have so far. They are crispy and yummylicious
I made this w 1 egg added and melted butter instead of coconut oil. Not sure how much... Less than a spoon of butter ig. Not much. I used very little sugar as well, only about half a teaspoon for the entire thing. It kept the sugar content low. It's not very sweet, but that's okay. I just wanted a crunchy, non mushy way to eat oatmeal...this was perfect. Thank you, they smelled nice. I also used about a serving of chia seeds instead of fruits/chocolates inside the mix. I reckon these cookies contain a decent amount of fiber... Next time, I might throw in some 100% peanut peanut butter for taste, or just smear it on after. So many ways to change it... Lovely recipe, thank you :)
appreciate thank you
Definitely making these today! Glad I found this recipe.

Topped crisp cookies with marshmallows and cocoa powder, heavenly. THANK YOU❤
I want to try them as well! So how long time did you bake them until they become crispy?
@@frenchyladycuisine8314
I eyeballed them after 20 mins. They were bigger so about 25mins. I did the smoosh test in the middle w the back of a spoon. Worth the wait!👍
People I swear this recipy is the best in the world for crispy cookies vegan. I used coconut sugar and Chocolat chips instead of nuts, and coconut milk. Thank you ❤️❤️

Thanks!
These are DELICIOUS!! I added chopped walnuts and dates as well, then baked a full 22 minutes. 😋😋😋
I was thinking nuts and chocolate chips also a good option-I like the dates also.
I've been making similar cookies for years and these are BOMB with some glaze. My fave is lemon glaze. Just mix a few drops of lemon juice with some confectioners sugar. Pour it over the cooled cookies.
hello??
could you kindly tell me the ratio of sugar, water and lemon juice?
This recipe is awesome 🙌
Made this last night and my husband & I absolutely enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing this recipe!!
How many does it make?! Thxx🌸
Delicious, I used 45g extra virgin olive oil, 45g apple sauce as my butter/ fat. I used sukrin Gold sweetener(best one ever) and soya milk. It was tasty! I would knock back the sugar a tad a little too sweet for me but it went down a treat! Thanks
I tried this earlier and it's really yummy! 💓💕Highly recommend this. I used canola oil because I didn't have coconut oil. And you can add chocolate chips!
Looks amazing!!
A great recipe and well presented. Best oat biscuits I have made, thanks for posting this

Greetings from Germany

thanks
i've made this one and i love this kinda cookies, my kids too, thanks for the recipe
These are really good! Just made them. De-li-cious!!!😋
I baked mine for 10 minutes since I like soft cookies. Came out perfect if you like them really soft 😋
Ugh, soft cookies are gross.
I made these but with ghee and doubled the recipe. This is very nice and simple, thank you so much for sharing this. I’m only a bit worried I could’ve added a bit more milk or slightly less whole wheat flour because they’re a tiny bit dry or I might’ve baked them for longer than I intended. Only 20 minutes, I should’ve gone for 18 for them to be softer 😰
Wow looks so delicious 👌
Thank you for sharing 😊
