It depends since I do other excercises including this one, but I've lost about a kilogram or so. It also depends when you weigh it- what you're wearing, if you already used the bathroom, and other factors that can take account into this. I'd say if you do this excercise as a warm-up and more intense core workouts(I recommend the Le Serrafim workout--> i do that for a flat stomach and to build my abs)and stick to a healthy diet you could easily lose a few pounds each day. @@Felix_Brownie62

And for dinner I just drink more water and if I'm still hungry I'll have salads, fruit, or chicken. *Make sure to drink water with every meal or between meals- try not to snack"

it's because not all songs are copyright free. if a youtuber uses a liscenced music they'll get a copyright strike that will ruin their channel. this is they have to use songs that are copyright free and they are usually bad or js not good to hear

Doing this everyday til August 28th! Day 1: ✅Soo hard i was so sore and could barley walk after Day 2: ✅Ok it actually kinda got easier but still sore Day 3: ✅ Getting prettier easier, i see my thighs reduced in weight the slightest bit Day 4: ✅ It was actual really simple today, im very proud of myself and i see a small difference!!! Day 5: ✅ The inner thigh lifts were difficult for me today, but i definitely see a change!! Day 6: ✅ Wow im actually extremely proud of myself. I did this as a joke but im actually seeing change! I cant belive its been a week almost. Day 7:✅ When it came to the floor part i almost gave up it was soo hard for me idk why 😭But yeah i can see a change!!!! Omg, this excerise is so amazing. I only did this for 1 week and I had see changes, like changes without even having to measure... I could see it by eyes!!! Btw reccomend doing the begginer one, so easy but demonstrate good result :>
@@zarwa2503 yes u have to have a good diet or else this will not work only eat protein if u want to gain muscle eat like salads or healthy dinners and drink a lot of water and buy low carb bread I have sticked to a very good diet recently 11 days without crisps chips takeaway chocolate McDonald’s almost everything everything is possible if u put ur head to it
Let me tell you this is the best leg workout I have found. None others worked for me but this channel does! Highly recommend if other videos do not work for you!

Day 2: My knees and inner thighs hurt a lot but i got through it.
day 1: ✅ for me is very feasible, i did it without problems, i started with 55cm (thigh) and 30 cm (ankle)
day 2:✅ did it again, i feel a few tired but not too much, 53cm (thigh) 29cm (ankle) to eye already known differences
day 3: ✅ feel good, not too much tired, i started also another workout to lose fat on the legs but i prefer more this, i noticed more results compared to yesterday, omg i'm so happy 48cm (thigh) and 28cm (ankle)

Omg, this excerise is so amazing. I only did this for 1 week and I had see changes, like changes without even having to measure... I could see it by eyes!!! Btw reccomend doing the begginer one, so easy but demonstrate good result :>

@@zarwa2503 yes u have to have a good diet or else this will not work only eat protein if u want to gain muscle eat like salads or healthy dinners and drink a lot of water and buy low carb bread I have sticked to a very good diet recently 11 days without crisps chips takeaway chocolate McDonald’s almost everything everything is possible if u put ur head to it

Been doing it for a month, this is probably the best leg workout I ever done and the only one I alway do everyday. It’s so easy and so effective. I see a huge gap between my leg. Thank you so much 😊🥹

day 1:✅ i was a bit reluctant to do this because i literally faint whenever i stand up 😭😭 but it acc wasn’t that hard! only thing is i felt so dizzy and tired during the standing part since i did 3 other thigh workouts before this
also day 1:✅ did this twice today because i had a huge ass dinner and had a bit of a workout high in the evening. burned less but i was sloppy this time because i was still tired from my previous workouts
day 2:✅day two done! i felt super tired from yesterday, (as i expected) so my movements were slower than usual. however, i took it easy today and hopefully will feel more energized tomorrow !🫶 it’s important not to overwork yourself ml, and good luck to everyone else on their wl journey!!
Trying to do twice a day for a week will update:
Day 1:✅✅ completed twice and only felt a little burn
Day 2:✅ could only do once as i was quite busy but did feel a burn today
Day 3:✅ only done one so far but will be doing another later on

Day 1:✅Nothing really changed but it felt good and i love that she also put it breaks its so amazing! I can tell the difference between these workouts if its good i always finish it so fast when its bad it seems like math class

Doing this because no other thigh or leg workout has worked for me at all this summer and I was trying to loose fat mostly on my legs and I have 2weeks left untill I go back to school so im hoping this makes a difference even if it’s small 😂
