    I always come back to this cool down, bo matter how many years has passed. I like all the poses so much and it's a short, sweet inwardly moment.

    Thank you!🙏 I started doing a 2-hour dance cardio workout to lose some weight and even though I do a 20 minute yoga stretch before the next day my legs kept hurting a lot but once I started doing this after the workout I don't hurt anymore.😁

    I don't usually comment on videos, but that felt so good I have to. Perfect amount of time in each pose, you get a little bit of stretch all over your body, and all the poses are doable for a person of moderately good fitness. Thanks! :)

    I am confused by how to do the stretch at 4:02 though. Do you have your leg folded across in front of you? Or are you in the position like you're kneeling?

      When you bring your leg across In Front of you you should feel a stretch in your glutes (butt muscle) hope this helps :) x

      Alyssa Espinosa No, it's never good to do static stretches like this before a workout. Warm ups need to be active to get your body ready to work. :)
