I am confused by how to do the stretch at 4:02 though. Do you have your leg folded across in front of you? Or are you in the position like you're kneeling?

When you bring your leg across In Front of you you should feel a stretch in your glutes (butt muscle) hope this helps :) x

Alyssa Espinosa No, it's never good to do static stretches like this before a workout. Warm ups need to be active to get your body ready to work. :)
