This is a keeper. I've kept this and other FitnessBlender workouts, but esp this stretch/cool down routine in a Stretching file in my UA-cam account. I keep coming back to this (and other FB flexibility/stretch videos) bc it's quick and efficient, safe, and such a helpful tool and resource for me to develop a regular, daily flexibility stretching routine. Flexibility and mobility stretching is such an important aspect of fitness but so easy to undervalue and even skip when in a hurry. Thanks Fitness Blender!

Definitely starting this. Am over 65 with hip replacement and started doing situps to get stronger abs. These look easy enough and don't require equipment or over doing it.

It's easy to workout and cool down with this company's play-by-play, timed videos. Make it much easier for someone who is intimidated to go to gyms and have a trainer. I found them to be extremely helpful last year when I started working out. I'm trying to get back on track, and this video was needed.

Love your videos so much. Just did a hiit workout, a Pilates workout and now the stretch ( all in all about 35-45 minutes) Pilates and stretching was so relaxing, I wanted to sleep 😛
If I had been taught these things in gym at school it would have been a lot different. They don't actually teach you the proper way to work out, or anything about the effects it actually has on your body! Physical education my ass.
Seriously! We used to just go walk around the basketball courts or play basket ball, or run laps. Never actually learned about anything what we would need to know to actually stay healthy and in shape. I've learned everything I know about fitness and healthy diets through the internet...
Before I started doing your workouts, I really wanted to do the couch to 5k program because I wanted to love running, but at that time, I couldn't stand it. I did the first day and I couldn't finish all the running intervals and of course I couldn't force myself to do it the next day. After time with you guys, I woke up today and started again. The first day was a breeze and it was fun and I was so energized. Then of course I came back and did your kickboxing video! Looking forward to tomorrow!

I like your videos, you guys do an excellent job of providing challenging workouts for those who have been doing it a little longer & cool downs for those times when one isn't provided by the trainer but I would recommend doing a little more research on proper alignment & form..for example when stretching your quads if your keep your knees together you will feel more of a stretch as well as being safer on your knees. also when stretching your upper body both feet should be faced forward & on the tricep stretch specifically you should try looking forward or even slightly upward instead of down at the floor, I think you'll find the stretch is much more effective. I know they may seem like small insignificant adjustments but after working out for 25 years I can attest that as you get older proper form is what will keep you from getting injured
Deborah Aitchison yep, me too. back when I was in my 20's it seemed I could get my body to do anything for me & injury was rarely an issue but if I don't watch what I'm asking of it now that I'm in my 40's I definitely pay for it in little aches and pains I would much rather do without! >.< lol

i went under surgery for l5 s1 disc about 8 years ago and I could not exercise a lot..but thank you for you lovely channel,I feel better and I can workout without stressing my back!
