    This is so wonderful, I was feeling so much pain from yesterdays exercise and now after this it's gone...the things that happen when you don't exercise often enough

    I've just started trying to get in shape and I finally found your exercises are great for me small reps and good warm up and cool down exercises I find myself doing two to three a day....

    When I see the downvotes on your videos (even when it's, of course, the vast minority), I truly wonder what's going on in those people's minds and what's there not to like, especially on a nice relaxing stretchy little diddy like this one.

    that is a really great work out, ive been doing just once a week mostly of the time, but it is making already a huge difference in my capacity to exercise, each time i do it, i do it better and finish it more energized
    ps: oh i mean the 15 min hit workout, but after i do this cooldown, it is amazing
