10 years later, and I still come back to this quick cool-down.
My mother and I work out together almost everyday and always use this cool down when we finish so first of all thank you! Today she turned to me and said "I wish she had big bright dots on her knees, hips, shoulders (and the like), that way I could see clearly what body part she is moving or stretching" and I thought that was such a great idea that I should share it with you! Again thank you for your whole channel and keep up the excellent work!

This is one of my favorite fitness videos on the site. No bs extended intro about the benefits, no selling, no half ass stretches. This is straight to the point, all the stretches can easily be felt without folding yourself too much or getting on a yoga mat and lets me go about my day right after the last move. Perfect, chefs kiss 👌
Started 2 weeks ago in bad shape , today is the first day I completed the full 10 mins without stopping … I’m so happy

I walk for approximately 50 minutes, do the abs routine and this as my warm down! I wake with no pains!
Perfect! Didn't have time for the whole stretching round today.
00:21 boxer shuffle
00:36 roundabout toe touch
00:55 torso twists
1:10 shoulder rolls
1:23 arm pull + hip flexor
1:55 shoulder stretch
2:25 chest stretch
2:54 toe touch stretch
3:10 quad stretch
3:41 standing glue stretch
4:11 inside thigh + tricep
BEST COOLDOWN EVER!!! hits the important groups and wraps up strenuous session with cooldown you can accomplish.. thank you!!!

This one in particular is for busy people ;) We have plenty of other stretching workouts that have longer holds, check them out!
I just really like the combined stretches, so sometimes even if I have more time I slow this down x0.5 and do it. It’s super fun to hear the voice slowed down 😂

I don't like long cool downs because I workout before I leave the house, so I like keeping that energy from the workout with me. Thankfully this brought my heart rate down slowly AND gave compound stretches to get the feel goods without wasting too much time. Thank you so much!

I'm a college cross country runner and do not have time to cool down 30 minutes so this video saved my butt since people say if you don't take time to warm up / cool down you get injured

My, my...this one does fly by! I feel like one might want something longer (holding the stretches longer) if you've just killed it strength training, but this one is good after some body weight cardio.
I felt the stretches went by fast as well. I was like a stretch behind just to feel like I stretched enough.
Did this following an 11 minute circuit workout. Great way to finish it out. Realized I need to do some balance work as a couple of the stretches had me tippy. Thanks for this
