    My mother and I work out together almost everyday and always use this cool down when we finish so first of all thank you! Today she turned to me and said "I wish she had big bright dots on her knees, hips, shoulders (and the like), that way I could see clearly what body part she is moving or stretching" and I thought that was such a great idea that I should share it with you! Again thank you for your whole channel and keep up the excellent work!

    This is one of my favorite fitness videos on the site. No bs extended intro about the benefits, no selling, no half ass stretches. This is straight to the point, all the stretches can easily be felt without folding yourself too much or getting on a yoga mat and lets me go about my day right after the last move. Perfect, chefs kiss 👌

    Perfect.
    I walk for approximately 50 minutes, do the abs routine and this as my warm down! I wake with no pains!

      @@oliviaadel8324 if you go on their website they have whole programs that are in order for you, and they’re free. They’re really awesome. They have paid ones too, but lots of free programs.

    I don't like long cool downs because I workout before I leave the house, so I like keeping that energy from the workout with me. Thankfully this brought my heart rate down slowly AND gave compound stretches to get the feel goods without wasting too much time. Thank you so much!

    I just really like the combined stretches, so sometimes even if I have more time I slow this down x0.5 and do it. It’s super fun to hear the voice slowed down 😂

    I'm a college cross country runner and do not have time to cool down 30 minutes so this video saved my butt since people say if you don't take time to warm up / cool down you get injured

    Quick and effective. Thanks! Dr's advice is that stretching to relieve tight muscles can undo nerve compression, so this is just what I need. Appreciated.

    My, my...this one does fly by! I feel like one might want something longer (holding the stretches longer) if you've just killed it strength training, but this one is good after some body weight cardio.

    Everytime I do this video, I think "OMG I'm going to do 5 min of stretching?? I mean, I know I need to but I'M BUSAY" then the 5 minutes is over. :|

    Hi, I had a similar situation as you. I was able to lose a lot of pounds by first focusing on what do I eat. The reality is that excising only will help you to lose some weight, more specifically 30%. You should start doing something simple and attainable, for example (and I know is not easy!) Do not eat any sugar, and to see how this works, start with small goals. What I did, was to stop consuming sugar for one day. Just one!.as soon as I could do that easily, then my goalchanged for one week.

    Been recommended to limit stretching to 15 secs per stretch and this cool down is perfect!

    Great comprehensive stretches. My only issue is how fast you guys go, but that might be more of a reflection on me and my skills (or lack thereof)!

      jo536 No it's super fast. If a stretch feels good though, I hit pause and do it longer. This is a great cool down.

    Here are the stretches I think I got them all:
    15-sec Boxer Shuffle
    15-sec Roundabout Toe touch
    15-sec Torso Twists
    15-sec Shoulder Rolls
    30-sec (15-sec each side) Arm Pull
    15-sec Shoulder Stretches
    30-sec (15-sec each side) Chest Stretch
    15-sec Toe Touch stretch
    30-sec (15-sec each side) Quad Stretch
    30-sec (15-sec each side) Standing Glute Stretch
    30-sec (15-sec each side) Inside Thigh + Tricep Stretch
    Have a nice cooldown :)

    Video is still better compared to what we have in the present. Never had any problems when exceeding beyond normal workout conditions. Not why sure people do so many excessive stretches, lol.
