- Break a sweat with me as & get fired up as we strengthen the core, and strengthen & open the hips. We’ll weave in core work throughout the practice - all kinds of plank variations, standing core work, a couple exercises on the back & boat variations. And we’ll strengthen the hips with various postures, while also stretching & opening the hips. Lots of movement & breathing in this class. 🔥 Remember to let your own breath & body be the guide - take rest when you need to. Drink water. Take care of yourself.🧡
