I took this class a year ago, but anorexia forced me to do it. I was weak and I couldn't do almost any of these poses. A year and a half later, I tried to practice this video again and thought I wouldn't be able to do it again. I can't say it was easy, but... Really the difference was incredible. I am so much stronger and fitter and really happy I did it this time! 😁💪
I was surprised to see sweat drip from my forehead during the warrior III part! Love truly loved this class, calming with perfect mix of cardio, strength, balance and stretching, and an emphasis on staying present. ❤️

Kaylie, I am a long distance runner and I complement my running routine with this workout 3-4 times a week. I cannot begin to explain how much improvement I have noticed in my running performance, mileage, form, core power, speed, endurance, and injury prevention. Kaylie I keep coming back to this flow and doing it over and over, at least once a week, sometimes twice. It is such a great whole body strengthening workout, as well as centering and lengthening. Would LOVE to have more awesome flows from you - both without weights and with!

So, I have been recovering from a back injury for the past year and half. I've been trying to reinstate strength into my core from PT, Weight lifting (Cautiously) and Yoga. This Flow seriously gave me the space to see deeper into my current state as well as offer gentleness to that. It's been difficult letting my body take the time it needs to heal, let alone become strong again. As a dancer we are often pushed past our max, consciously or subconsciously, so being patient and loving to this body, which I am so grateful for now, felt very natural with this practice today. Thank you for this, you are helping others heal.

This is my FAVORITE class of yours! The pace was perfect, the advanced level was perfect, it got my heart rate pumping, and full body workout! I'd love more like this! I'd love a crow and a headstand in there!

Hi Kaylie, Ive recently subscribed to your channel and have been following your yoga flows and I have to say I'm enjoying them very much. I'm a fitness kettlebell freak athlete and had an injury and was forced to take time off. While I was off I took up yoga. I tried many other people and they are very good but once I found your yoga flows it just seems to connect to my mind, body and spirit.
